Aiming at the problems of low precision,slow efficiency,excessive reliance on manual experience,and inability to meet complex industrial production of large-scale stop flange parts,this paper designs a control system suitable for industrial digital assembly based on the spatial geometry principle and digital control technology.The system is based on the principles of space plane positioning and space center positioning.The motion controller is the lower computer and the touch screen is the upper computer.The touch screen and the hand-pulse generator control the system.The human-machine interaction interface is used for the operator to efficiently and intuitively understand the system operation.Status and related parameters.In order to improve the flexible assembly effect of the workpiece,the motion actuator selects the servo motor of the absolute encoder,drives in the position mode,establishes a multiple axis group dynamic model,measures the position and posture of the workpiece through the contact optical probe,and interpolates with NURBS space The motion curve measures the position and posture of the workpiece and adjusts the posture of the workpiece.At the same time,in the software preparation of the centroiding algorithm,the positioning accuracy of the center of the circle is improved by indirect adjustment.The Newton iteration method is used to solve the equations and converted into the relative coordinate adjustment of the workpiece.When designing the control system,design hardware modules and develop software based on the mechanical structure of the stop flange workpiece and actual assembly requirements.The hardware module includes logic control module,motion control module and signal module.The development software is divided into lower computer software and upper computer software.The lower computer software includes logic control program developed based on ladder diagram and motion control based on G code and motion instruction program.The host computer development software includes algorithmic calculation script files based on C language and human-computer interaction interface.Finally,the system is tested,the system hardware and software platform is built,the communication between the various devices is established,the functional test of the system is completed,the basic functions of each module are realized,and the system is deployed on the industrial site to complete the joint debugging of the system to achieve The expected goal of the subject is to automate measurement,posture adjustment,and assembly of stop flange workpieces,and at the same time analyze possible system errors,and constantly improve the system design.
