OCT is a new three-dimensional imaging technology based on coherent light interferometry.This technology has the characteristics of non-invasive,low damage,depth measurement and high resolution,so it has been widely used in clinical medicine,biomedicine,industrial production quality and other fields.OCTA is an important branch of OCT in blood flow detection,it has important theoretical research significance and practical value.This paper discusses the following aspects in detail:(1)the application prospect of OCTA in medical clinical detection and comparison with traditional methods;(2)Some parameters that have great influence on the quality of OCT image,such as the influence of light source wavelength on penetration depth and the influence of scanning time interval on flow velocity measurement;(3)the analysis of the causes of inherent defects of OCTA image,such as: casting the influence of the projective artifact and the movement of the measured surface on the measurement results.This paper improves the existing algorithm(OMAG),and proposed a new algorithm.The validity of the algorithm is verified by the tube model and mouse ear model.In this paper,the inherent defect of projection artifact in OCTA is analyzed and its location is calculated.This paper analyzes the inherent defects of OCT system.Through the analysis and comparison of the measurement data of the simulated samples,the influence of the upper moving sample on the lower sample measurement is obtained.Through the calculation and analysis of the rat ear image data and the cross tube model with variable time interval scanning,The relationship between the scanning time interval and the velocity of the flow sample is obtained.Taking 2 times variance of histogram data of OCT gray image as threshold value for noise reduction.The gray scale of OCT image is exponentially transformed,which reduces the image noise,enhances the gray scale value of the moving sample area,and improves the contrast of OCT image.Through the research of OCT system and OCTA image processing,this paper analyzes the shortcomings of OCT system,defects in OCTA images,in order to provide some guidance for the subsequent research of chip design.
