In recent years,with the advancement and development of science and technology,the exhibition industry has gradually emerged,many emerging technologies are applied among them,people are also accustomed to exploring new things through exhibition activities.Passenger flow detection system as a new generation of customer traffic detection method and the emerging technology,it allows users to query customer behavior through the system,and the system will feedback the results to merchants and users.In this project,in combination with heatmap for customers to use a line to carry on the design and planning,the exhibition hall passenger flow detection system based on the heatmap is constructed.The system can dynamically display the flow route and flow trend of customers in a particular scene.In addition,based on the analysis of the user demand of the passenger flow detection system based on heatmap,around the acquisition of video data,the specific production process of the heatmap,the design and division of customer movement lines,the design of the passenger flow detection system is completed.The main research contents of the exhibition hall passenger flow detection system based on the heatmap are as follows:1)Video capture and preprocessing.Video acquisition and processing are completed to realize moving target detection and video acquisition based on passenger flow detection.In order to meet the integrity of video data,cameras are arranged in specific scenes and video data are processed.Real Time Messaging Protocol and Real Time Streaming Protocal were used to carry out a series of operations on the video data,and the video decoding was completed through FFmpeg,and then the moving target was detected.MTCNN was used to carry out face recognition and positioning of the video after Streaming,and kalman filtering was used to complete the state estimation of the moving target.2)Drawing of heatmap.Generate a heatmap and complete the overall design of the heatmap.The central coordinates of the detection box obtained in the process of pedestrian face recognition in the decoded video are defined as the thermal point,and then the thermal point information processing and rendering heatmap are obtained.Moreover,the trend of crowd density presented by the thermal force diagram can be used to judge the pedestrian flow,reflecting the trend of customers.Furthermore,the generation of the thermal force diagram can be used to assist decision-making for the planning of customer movement in the next step.3)Analysis and design of passenger flow detection system.Design a heatmap-based exhibition hall passenger flow detection system,which includes a flow statistics and display module,a heatmap generation and display module,and a customer flow display module.The customer flow detection based on heatmap is completed,which is convenient for merchants to view the customer flow curve more quickly and successfully shows the trend of customer flow in a specific scene.Moreover,the heatmap can be viewed through this system to design and plan the customer flow lineBased on the process described above,the exhibition hall passenger flow detection system based on heatmap realizes the functions of customer information collection,target detection face comparison,heatmap design and dynamic line planning,etc.,which can well meet the needs of users,which also indicates that the system has achieved the expected design purpose.
