With the development of technology,the scale of the network is getting larger and larger,and modern society is in an era of information explosion.The amount of user requests and network data are increasing rapidly,and the requirements for network traffic capacity are also getting higher and higher.In this case,network congestion often occurs,and the contradiction between insufficient network traffic capacity and increasing data volume has become increasingly prominent.Using complex networks to analyze actual network traffic capacity has become a research hot issue.Since the small-world model and the scale-free model were proposed,complex network theory has become a favorable tool for studying the topology structure and actual functions of complex systems in real world.The research of complex network traffic dynamics is conducive to solving problems of data carrying in real-world systems.With the continuous deepening of research on complex network systems,it gradually develops towards the direction of coupling networks.Coupling networks can better reflect the actual network characteristics.There is a close relationship between the traffic capacity of the coupling network and the topological structure.The influence of routing traffic strategy and resource allocation factors.Therefore,in order to make the network load distribution more reasonable and reduce network congestion,the focus is on the traffic dynamics characteristics of the coupling network,the factors affecting the traffic capacity,and then puts forward the improved optimization strategy.1)The coupling network model is constructed according to the degree correlation,analyze the coupling characteristics between two-layer networks.The influence of the shortest path routing traffic strategy and the degree-based static weight routing traffic strategy on the network traffic capacity is analyzed The single-layer network topology adopts BA scale-free network model,ER random network model and SF correlation-free configuration network model.Considering the different coupling modes between layers,the coupling modes are divided into the assortative coupling mode,disassortative coupling mode and random coupling mode.Through the experimental simulation,it is found that when the two-layer coupled network adopts the shortest path routing traffic strategy,the disassortative coupling mode can improve the network traffic capacity to a certain extent and reduce the network data congestion.When the degree-based static weight routing traffic strategy is adopted,the assortative coupling method can improve the network traffic capacity and make the network load distribution more reasonable.2)The influence of resource allocation strategy on traffic capacity under different coupling modes between layers is considered.The processing capacity of nodes is one of the important factors that restrict the traffic capacity.The coupling mode between layers also affects the flow distribution,and the data packet is restricted by both the physical layer and the logical layer during traffic.The influence of the assortative coupling mode,disassortative coupling mode and random coupling mode on the network traffic capacity under different resource allocation strategies is analyzed.The simulation results show that the disassortative coupling mode can better improve the network traffic capacity and reduce the occurrence of network congestion when the average allocation strategy is adopted.When the degree-based resource allocation strategy is adopted,the assortative coupling method can make the network load distribution more reasonable.3)In order to visually display the load distribution of coupled network,the Qt cross-platform application framework is used to develop the load distribution visualization system of coupled network.SQlite database has simple and clear operation characteristics and perfect system structure,which realizes the data access function of the main modules.Qt Creator 4.10 is used as the development environment,and Navicat Premium is used to view the database data,visualization development is jointly designed to realize the visualization operation of the system data.The visualization system can intuitively reflect the influence of coupling characteristics between two-layer networks on traffic capacity under different routing traffic strategies or resource allocation strategies,so as to better improve the efficiency of strategy optimization.
