Social media provides a platform for celebrities to express their opinions,complete promotion and shape their image.When users share news,gossip,and opinions related to events of the day,they usually interact with celebrities on social platforms.Although celebrities can control the content and purpose of the information released,the differences in their linguistic styles may produce different cognitive effects among users.Therefore,through text mining and analysis of different dimensions of linguistic style element characteristics,an effective way to obtain celebrities' opinions is a research question in this research.At the same time,scholars have proved that linguistic style has a great influence on user sharing,so what effect does the use of functional and emotional words in the text have on user communication behavior? This is a research question of this research.Finally,users' sharing is an important evaluation indicator of user communication behavior.What kind of linguistic style element combination can increase users' sharing behavior is also a research question of this research.In response to the above questions,this research takes the study of the influence of celebrities' linguistic styles on user communication as the main goal.First,analyze the linguistic style characteristics of celebrities' opinions.Then,analyze the cross-influence between celebrities' linguistic style characteristics and user communication characteristics.Finally,construct a latent class model to break down celebrities' opinions.This research uses celebrities' weibo as the data source and summarizes the main research contents as follows:(1)Based on the analysis of the linguistic style characteristics of celebrities' weibo,analyze the influence factors of user communication,including celebrities' linguistic style and user communication behavior.Among them,celebrity linguistic style characteristics include narrative and analysis style,internal and external attention style,emotional style.User communication behavior include users' sharing amount,users' sharing emotion.Identify the linguistic style characteristics and user communication characteristics of each celebrities' weibo and label it.(2)The cross-analysis of celebrity linguistic style and user communication behavior is to analyze the cross-influence between the two internal factors of celebrities' linguistic style and user communication behavior,and analyze the relationship between celebrities' linguistic style and user communication behavior.First,cross-analyze the influence factors of celebrities' linguistic style and user communication behavior,then analyze the influence of celebrities' linguistic style on user communication behavior,and lay the foundation for the breaking down of celebrities' opinions in latent class model below.(3)Based on the breaking down of celebrities' opinions based on latent class analysis,the latent class analysis method is extended to the field of user behavior.First,the principle of the latent class model is explained,three types of nine celebrities' weibo data are selected for empirical analysis,and the results of subdivided celebrities' weibo are analyzed and named,which are types of positive expression,negative catharsis,and official interpretation.The results of this research show that positive expression is the most commonly used linguistic style element combination of celebrities,and it shows the most effective communication effect.This shows that users like to see celebrities showing a positive side to the outside world,can analyze external things,and spread these content.Therefore,the combination of positive emotion,external attention,and analysis can produce the best communication effect.At the same time,the sentiment of celebrities' opinions determines the user's sentiment to a certain extent,and the sentiment of users will develop in a more negative direction.For celebrities with promotional tasks,the linguistic style elements that combine positive emotion,external attention,and analysis should be used first.For brands or companies looking for spokespersons,the choice of celebrities is not only related to the number of fans,but also to them how to attract users to disseminate relevant content by creating content,being active,paying attention to the outside world,and having analytical capabilities are more effective in promoting and disseminating content.In general,this research proposes a method of opinion analysis based on linguistic style,discovers the internal mutual influence of linguistic style elements and the influence of different linguistic style elements on user communication behavior;and proposes a celebrity perspective based on latent class analysis.The sub-model expands the application of latent class analysis in the field of user behavior.This will help celebrities understand how to use linguistic style elements to enhance communication and dissemination with users,and help brands or companies provide a certain reference value to find celebrity endorsements or promotion.
