Force sensor is an indispensable part of fatigue testing machine.At present,the fatigue performance of domestic force sensor can not meet the requirements of fatigue test,and the price of foreign products is high,the supply period is long,and it is not customizable.Therefore,in order to solve this problem,based on the previous design scheme can not meet the static performance and fatigue performance of the force sensor,improve the performance of the force sensor by improving the elastomer material,structure and heat treatment process,and verify the test.At the same time,in order to meet the needs of product serialization,a series of large-scale elastomer structure series design is carried out based on the development and improvement of 100kN force sensor.In this paper,the fatigue performance improvement of 100kN force sensor is the goal.Based on the previous design scheme,the structural improvement of the static strength,fatigue life and heat treatment process of the elastomer is combined with the fatigue test of the thread set.On this basis,using the idea of orthogonal experiment,the influence of the structural size of the elastomer on the fatigue life of the force sensor is analyzed,and the series structure design of the elastomer is completed.The main work is as follows:(1)The elastomer material was selected by the energy spectrum analysis results of similar foreign high-quality products;the elastic structure was improved by finite element static simulation and fatigue life prediction,and the appropriate connection thread parameters(dental shape,pitch and root radius)were determined to improve.Rear elastomer spoke structure and alternative thread types and parameters.(2)According to the material type and structure size,the heat treatment process is preliminarily formulated.The finite element simulation is used to select the heat treatment process parameters and verify the rationality of the heat treatment process.The corresponding thread set test pieces are processed and fatigue test is performed to select the heat treatment process and thread which are most favorable for fatigue performance.Parameters,verifying finite element simulation and fatigue life prediction accuracy based on test results.(3)The force sensor test circuit is built,and the improved force sensor prototype is processed and assembled for static performance test,and the key performance indicators of the force sensor are compared with the pre-improvement indicators.Through the fatigue test of the force sensor prototype,the improvement effect of the improved content on the fatigue performance of the force sensor is verified.(4)Based on the idea of orthogonal experiment,the influence of multiple geometric parameters of the elastic body on the fatigue performance of the force sensor is studied.The elastic structure of the force sensor of 100?300kN range is designed according to the orthogonal test results.
