There are two kinds of target motion analysis: active and passive.Active target motion analysis research is often easy to be discovered by the other side and reveal its own position.Therefore,it is of practical significance to study the motion analysis of passive targets in maritime strategy.In the process of moving,the target will radiate noise,which contains a large number of target elements.By studying the target situation through radiated noise,this paper mainly studies the calculation method of target motion parameters based on acoustic information features,and estimates the target motion parameters by using the instantaneous frequency information and azimuth information emitted by the target.A target parameter calculation model based on Doppler frequency shift effect is established.The Quantum Genetic Algorithm(QGA)is used in the optimization process.Its core idea is to add some theories of quantum computation based on genetic algorithm.However,QGA still has some shortcomings when solving problems optimally,which makes the search fall into local optimum easily.In order to solve the shortcomings of quantum genetic algorithm,an elite-quantum genetic algorithm is proposed,which effectively improves the convergence rate of the algorithm.The numerical simulation results show that the target motion parameter calculation model based on elite-quantum genetic algorithm has the advantages of fast convergence and stable calculation results.
