In recent years,with the rapid development of the market economy and e-commerce,consumers' shopping habits have gradually shifted from offline to online.E-commerce websites have become an important source of consumers browsing product information,sharing product usage feelings,companies collecting word of mouth of customers.In addition,the market is full of large-scale homogeneous products of the same kind,and the competition between products is becoming increasingly fierce.Companies must clearly understand the pros and cons of their products and competitive products to gain competitive advantage.Online reviews allow consumers to share their consumption perspectives and experiences at an unprecedented rate and scale,and to change the limits of small data and low reliability of previous companies through questionnaires.Therefore,using online commentary information to help companies evaluate product competitiveness is a research topic worthy of attention and of great practi cal significance.Based on this,this paper considers the evaluation of product competitiveness based on online reviews,and focuses on the product competitiveness information mining method based on online reviews and the product competitiveness evaluation method based on information mining results.This paper mainly carried out the following four aspects of work.(1)Give a research framework for product competitiveness evaluation based on online reviews.Specifically,a description and research framework of product competitiveness evaluation based on online reviews is given.(2)Propose a product competitiveness information mining method based on online reviews.Firstly,the information collection and preprocessing methods of online reviews are given.Secondly,the constructed feature ontology is used to generate the initial index of product competitiveness.The initial index-reviews clause set and sentiment dictionary are constructed.Finally,the emotional mining of comment clause is generated.(3)Propose a product competitiveness evaluation method based on information mining results.Firstly,build a product competitiveness evaluation model based on Bayesian theory.Secondly,the EM algorithm is used for parameter estimation.Based on the parameter estimation results,the product competitiveness evaluation index is selected.Finally,the product competitiveness evaluation value is calculated.(4)A potential application study based on online review information mobile phone competitiveness evaluation is given.Taking the data of Jingdong Mall website as an example,the potential application research of the proposed method in mobile phone competitiveness evaluation is given.The product competitiveness evaluation method based on online reviews proposed in this paper can be used to analyze the advantages and disadvantages of self-products and competitive products in real companies,provide theoretical and application-level guidance and reference for related research,and laid the foundation for the expansion and application of related research.
