Under the background that the State Council listed "promoting the construction of the identity resolution system" as one of the main tasks,through field research on the coding signs used in the procurement,design,production and assembly,sales and after-sales links of the G company,they found their own unique The code forms a weakly correlated logo,causing its 3D printer code to not be recognized in other departments.At the same time,different 3D printer models may have multiple identification codes,and different names of the same 3D printer may also appear many different Marking,in order to separate the full life cycle management of industrial 3D printers,not only has a serious"information island"impact on the industrial field,but also hinders data sharing on the industrial chain and affects social work efficiency.This subject proposes a unified 3D printer coding and marking system+deep learning framework+temperature image real-time alarm system to enable the interoperability of heterogeneous signs within the enterprise,forming a data sharing and information interconnection industrial intelligent early warning processing scene,which can solve all kinds of problems.Products from all parts of the country have problems such as high cost of remote operation and maintenance,frequent failures,and incomplete handling,which further improve the economic benefits of enterprises.The main research content and results of this article include the following aspects.(1)It's paper proposing a 3D printer identification coding scheme based on the foundry industry.By sorting out and analyzing the company's unique product identification codes,integrating mainstream identification coding technology,a hierarchical 3D printer identification coding scheme was designed,making the product identification of the foundry industry unified,unique,and digitized,which can effectively solve the problem of 3D printer identification.Encoding issues such as privatization,different ownership,different places,heterogeneity,etc.It's to help companies get through the upstream and downstream of the industrial chain,and achieve efficient and convenient management of the company.(2)It's paper basing on Faster R-CNN temperature image abnormality detection.Firstly,the 3D printer core is given a unique identification code ID.secondly,the temperature image of the 3D printer core is obtained according to the format of vocdevkit VOC2012,and finally use the one-stage target The detection SSD 300 algorithm and the two-stage Faster R-CNN algorithm framework perform temperature anomaly detection,classification and recognition on the image,and compare the accuracy value experiments.(3)It's paper designing and implement a real-time alarm system based on 3D printer temperature images.Register and log in the 3D printer identification coding scheme on the secondary identification platform and implement reverse analysis with the help of the IDIS system to obtain a unique identification code.Through real-time monitoring and uploading of the temperature and working status of the 3D printer,the Faster R-CNN framework interface is called for real-time detection and recognition,and then the early warning visualization interface is used to judge the real-time recognized temperature value.When the threshold is exceeded,an early warning is issued,and the staff can directly.The positioning is based on the unique identification of the core parts of the 3D printer,and the corresponding remote maintenance process is implemented in time to reduce the risk factor of equipment failure and improve the economic benefits of the enterprise.
