With the development of the Internet of Things technology,people's demand for location-based services(LBS)applications is increasing.Indoor positioning technology,as one of the key technologies of LBS,has also attracted more and more attention.However,most of the related research on indoor positioning technology is aimed at the two-dimensional positioning of single source.Because of the great limitation of single positioning technology in the process of positioning,Indoor two-dimensional plane positioning can not achieve the multi-floor complex indoor environment positioning.In view of the above situation,this paper proposes an indoor three-dimensional layered positioning model based on multi-source information fusion technology,focusing on WSN heterogeneous data fusion,WSN and RFID technology fusion positioning,indoor two-dimensional and three-dimensional positioning schemes for research,aiming to achieve efficient 3d indoor localization in complex environments.Due to the limitations of single-source indoor positioning technology,it cannot meet the increasingly high performance requirements in the positioning process.According to the technical characteristics of WSN and RFID,the indoor positioning scheme of multi-source information fusion is proposed.The two technologies are integrated with each other through hardware integration and optimized unscented Kalman filtering algorithm to serve indoor positioning.The multi-source indoor positioning scheme overcomes the limitations of single source positioning due to technical reasons,and combines the advantages of different positioning technologies to comprehensively improve the overall performance of indoor positioning.In the process of multi-source technology fusion,in view of the network life cycle and security problems caused by heterogeneous data uploaded by different types of sensors in WSN,this paper proposes a WSN heterogeneous data fusion model.The model sets up a trust mechanism,builds a dynamic hybrid cluster structure,establishes a cluster head adaptive election mechanism,and optimizes the unscented Kalman filter algorithm,and starts with multi-sensor data fusion,from the network life cycle,network security and load balance Comprehensively improve the performance of the network.Through the performance simulation verification of the optimization scheme of the unscented Kalman filter algorithm proposed in the article,the reliability of the network is further ensured from the accuracy of data fusion.Aiming at the complex positioning environment of multi-floor,the three-dimensional positioning model proposed in this paper,combined with the corresponding multi-source information fusion means,starts from two aspects:plane positioning and height positioning.In the plane positioning,the limitations of the MIN-MAX positioning algorithm and the trilateral positioning algorithm are optimized,and the optimized MIN-MAX positioning algorithm that is more suitable for the complex positioning environment is selected in the final three-dimensional positioning model to realize the plane positioning.The floor parameters are introduced into the height positioning scheme,and the corresponding solutions are put forward for the floor positioning and the accurate height value positioning in the floor respectively.The floor location is realized by optimizing the multi-floor differential.location algorithm.The specific height value positioning is the optimization of the least square positioning algorithm,and the final three-dimensional positioning is achieved with the plane positioning scheme.The final experimental simulation results show that the optimization scheme of the positioning algorithm in the article has a certain optimization effect in terms of accuracy and stability.The indoor three-dimensional hierarchical positioning model based on multi-source information fusion technology proposed in the article starts from the multi-source information fusion and indoor positioning schemes,and proposes a relatively complete multi-source indoor three-dimensional positioning system,which provides a solution for multi-floor complex environment positioning,and provides more research ideas for 3D indoor positioning.
