With the rapid development of network multimedia technology,in the application of the current popular video sequence capture device,the amount of video sequence data is huge.Most of the traffic in network transmission is used for video information,and it will occupy a larger network bandwidth and memory space when data transmission.How to further efficiently carry out video coding,fast video data transmission and storage has become an urgent problem to be solved.To solve the above problems,this paper proposes an improved TZsearch fast encoding and decoding algorithm based on the motion estimation principle of H.265/HEVC inter prediction,and designs a real-time video transmission system based on H.265/HEVC to realize it.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Aiming at the problem of efficient coding of video sequence,based on the principle of motion estimation in the process of inter prediction,a fast coding and decoding algorithm based on improved TZsearch is proposed by analyzing the coding performance of two traditional search algorithms and one fast search algorithm.In the algorithm,through the probability statistics of the best video image,add the judgment to terminate the search condition in advance,and exit the search process in advance when the best video image is found,which greatly reduces the video coding time.After the verification of real-time video stream coding,the improved TZsearch algorithm can meet the coding quality and reduce the coding time by 15.37%,which can achieve more accurate and efficient video coding and decoding.(2)Aiming at the realization of the improved TZsearch fast encoding and decoding algorithm,the real-time video transmission system based on H.265/HEVC is designed,which are four modules,namely video capture,coding module,real-time transmission,decoding and display.The video capture module determines two kinds of video sources;the encoding module determines the encoding parameters and encoder through experimental verification,adds the improved TZsearch algorithm into the x265 encoder and designs the encoding of two kinds of video sources;the transmission module selects TCP protocol to realize the reliable transmission of video stream;the decoding module receives the two kinds of video stream and designs the decoding and playing functions.(3)Based on the real-time video transmission system,the experiment and verification of the improved TZsearch fast encoding and decoding algorithm are carried out.Four groups of video sequences with different resolutions are collected and encoded in the system and transmitted in real time.Compared with the TZsearch algorithm,the improved TZsearch algorithm can meet the coding quality and reduce the coding time by 15.15% in this system,so as to verify the effectiveness of the system and improve the TZsearch algorithm Applicability of law.
