With the continuous development and progress of modern industry,the requirements for various performance indicators of materials are also increasing.Therefore,the stiffened plate structure with high structural strength and strong durability has been widely used in aerospace,shipbuilding,and automobile And many fields such as construction.However,when the stiffened plate structure is disturbed by external forces,it will vibrate itself,and this vibration will also have an adverse effect on the entire mechanical structure,affect the service life of the structure,and even cause safety hazards.Therefore,the vibration control of the stiffened plate becomes very important.In addition,in the active vibration control of the stiffened plate,there are often different degrees of time lag,which sometimes causes the effect of vibration control to decrease,and even causes the controlled system to lose stability.Therefore,in order to reduce the influence of time lag on the active vibration control of the stiffened plate and improve the effect of active vibration control,it is necessary to compensate for the time lag.In response to the above-mentioned problems,this paper takes stiffened plates as the research object,carries on dynamic modeling,modal parameter identification,sliding mode control based on exponential reaching law,improved exponential reaching law algorithm control,and based on improved exponent.Smith predictive compensation control and experimental research of reaching law.The research content is as follows:First,combining the basic theory and working principle of piezoelectric elements,the dynamic model of the electromechanical coupling vibration system of piezoelectric stiffened plate is established,and the modal parameters of the stiffened plate are analyzed by ANSYS-Workbench finite element analysis method and experimental modal analysis method.Through analysis,the vibration modal parameters and damping ratio of the stiffened plate are obtained,which is to prepare for the subsequent active control simulation and experiment.Secondly,the basic working principle of the sliding mode variable structure variable algorithm is briefly described,and the exponential reaching law algorithm in the sliding mode variable algorithm is described in detail,and the exponential reaching law control law is derived from the algorithm principle,using the previous article The obtained relevant modal parameters are used to simulate and analyze the piezoelectric stiffened plate.Under the guidance of the simulation results,an active vibration control experiment was carried out on the piezoelectric stiffened plate using the cSPACE controller,and the feasibility of the algorithm was verified through the experiment.Then,in view of the problems of "buffeting" encountered in the vibration control of the stiffened plate and the long time to enter the steady state,an improved compensation function sgn(s)was proposed to construct a new exponential reaching law control algorithm,and then through simulation The system simulates and analyzes the control system,and finally through the improved exponential reaching law control experiment,the experimental results are analyzed to verify the feasibility of the method for the "buffeting" of the stiffened plate and the long time to enter the steady state.Finally,due to the time-delay problem in the actual control process of the piezoelectric stiffened plate and the influence of the time-delay problem on the active control of the vibration of the stiffened plate,the time-delay compensation technology was proposed,and finally the Smith based on the improved exponential reaching law was established.Predictive compensation control algorithm,using the Smith Predictive Compensation Control Algorithm to conduct vibration control experiments on the stiffened plate,and finally verify the control effect through experiments.Figure[48]table[9]reference[83]...
