Multi-layer satellite network has abundant communication resources and great potential for development,but it also represents that the topology is more complex and needs to consider a variety of factors.With the advent of the era of Satellite Internet,multi-layer satellite communication based on large-scale low orbit satellite constellation is facing the problem that the system resources are difficult to fully utilize.How to make full use of the routing and time-frequency resources of multi-layer satellite system has become a research hotspot in the field of satellite communication.Therefore,it is of great significance to study the resource cooperative management strategy of multi-layer satellite communication system.The routing strategy and resource management strategy of multi-layer satellite communication system is studied.A minimum delay routing protocol based on preset threshold,a resource reservation algorithm based on ARIMA model with balanced performance,and a time-frequency resource allocation algorithm based on reallocating idle time slots on the satellite are proposed.The main contents and innovations of the thesis are as follows:(1)A minimum delay routing protocol based on preset threshold is proposed.According to the multi-layer cooperative communication requirements,the threshold of LEO single layer routing nodes,the threshold of MEO access flow and the threshold of GEO temporary occupancy time are proposed.The routing selection rules and link switching rules are designed for short-distance and long-distance communication.Based on the simulation model of GEO/MEO/LEO three-layer satellite network,the feasibility and superiority of the routing strategy are studied and analyzed.The simulation results show that the routing scheme has good delay performance.(2)A resource reservation algorithm based on ARIMA model is proposed.According to the self-similarity of satellite node traffic,the trend of the traffic change is predicted.The elastic extended resources are introduced to reserve reasonable spectrum resources in advance,and a reasonable evaluation index system is established.The effect of resource allocation scheme on the performance of the system is evaluated.Finally,the spectrum allocation scheme with the highest cost performance is obtained.The simulation results show that the seasonal ARIMA model of the algorithm is effective in traffic prediction,and the resource reservation scheme based on the seasonal ARIMA model also achieves good performance evaluation results,which significantly improves the resource utilization and blocking rate.(3)A time-frequency resource allocation algorithm is proposed to redistribute the free time slots on the satellite.The resource allocation problem on the satellite is abstracted into two-dimensional rectangular resource block arrangement problem.The optimization is carried out according to the classic BL matrix arrangement principle.The arrangement rules in accordance with the requirements of optimal resource utilization are formulated according to the characteristics of satellite communication spectrum.The optimal rectangular arrangement sequence problem is solved by genetic algorithm.Finally,the resource scheduling scheme which makes full use of the idle resources is obtained.The simulation results show that the resource allocation scheme has good performance in resource utilization and rate of configuration-success.
