With the development of Internet of vehicles,smart home and smart grid technology,the Internet of things makes people's life more efficient and intelligent,but the security problems of Internet of things devices in identity authentication are gradually exposed.The traditional authentication mechanism of Internet of things devices mainly relies on the trusted third party to manage the identity information of devices,but this way can not adapt to the complex structure and the increasing number of devices in the Internet of things environment.As a distributed data account book,blockchain has the characteristics of decentralization,tamper proof and traceability.Therefore,it is very suitable to use blockchain technology to solve the identity authentication problem of Internet of things devices.In order to solve the shortcomings of the existing authentication methods of Internet of things devices,this paper proposes an authentication mechanism of Internet of things devices based on blockchain1.This paper analyzes and summarizes the limitations of the existing authentication mechanism and consensus algorithm for Internet of things devices.It is found that the identity authentication of traditional Internet of things devices relies too much on the third party and requires high channel security.However,the existing consensus algorithm is not suitable for the authentication of Internet of things devices because of its high computational cost and poor scalability.2.The reputation of nodes is integrated into the identity information consensus process,and a Byzantine fault-tolerant consensus algorithm based on reputation mechanism is proposed.The algorithm selects consensus nodes according to node reputation value and verifiable random function,and the selection result is unpredictable and verifiable,which has the characteristics of low computational overhead,high transaction throughput and strong security.3.On the basis of the proposed consensus algorithm,the identity authentication mechanism of IOT devices based on blockchain is designed.The mechanism uses hash function and digital signature to ensure the security of identity authentication process,and uses blockchain technology to ensure that the identity authentication results can not be forged and tampered and traceable,which solves the problem that the identity authentication of Internet of things devices relies too much on the third party.4.The performance and security of the proposed consensus algorithm and identity authentication mechanism are verified by experiments.
