In recent years,with the improvement of people's quality of life,the catering industry has also been developing rapidly.On the other hand,the aging of chinese population is speeding,resulting in the shortage of labor resources in the market.Based on this situation,catering enterprises are looking for a new business mode to reduce labor employment.To increase profits,catering enterprises reduce their costs on labors.The emergence of catering service robots can effectively solve the problems faced by current catering enterprises.In order to make catering service robots able to provide quality service to consumers,a friendly human-machine interaction system is necessary.Firstly,the paper proposes the overall framework of the catering services robot interactive system,including the human-computer interaction panel system,the ordering front-end software system,and the ordering back-end software system.Secondly,we described the functional requirements of each module of the human-computer interaction system in detail,and analyzed how to improve the performance of the system.Then,the hardware scheme was selected and designed for each unit module of the human-computer interaction system,and specific hardware circuit design was carried out for its main control module,display touch module,voice playback module,wireless communication module,storage module,etc.Then,the software of human-machine interaction system was designed,including interactive panel system,ordering front-end software and ordering back-end software.Finally,the software and hardware of the human-computer interaction system were tested as a whole system.The experimental results show that the system function unit modules works stably and reliably.This system takes the campus restaurant as the application background.The combination of ordering by scanning QR code and making meal services by robot,not only the time for customer to order meals is reduced,but also the labors of restaurants can be reduced.At the same time,it improves the efficiency of restaurant service and improves the quality of service.Therefore,the catering service robot interactive system studied in this paper has great application value.
