| With the advent of the digital age,various hardware devices continue to be popularized,and surveillance cameras have been installed on all important occasions in society.These surveillance cameras form a large and rigorous surveillance network and play an important role in the security of enterprises,companies,and communities..At present,face recognition is still the main technology for community security.In a real surveillance scene,due to problems such as illumination and angle,not all situations can capture a clear face,which leads to incomplete query of pedestrian trajectories.In recent years,the popular pedestrian re-recognition technology uses the image of the pedestrian to identify the pedestrian,but it particularly relies on the pedestrian’s appearance,clothes and other characteristics.Therefore,this paper proposes to use face recognition and pedestrian re-recognition two technologies to complement each other to realize pedestrian trajectory tracking together.The research content and related engineering work of this paper mainly include the following aspects:(1)In actual application scenarios,the amount of surveillance video data is large,and the speed of processing and analyzing data by the model cannot keep up with the speed of data generation.In this paper,starting from reality,the technology of extracting video key frames is used to reduce the amount of data calculated by the model.(2)How to store and use the extracted key frames is also an important part of the research work.The FastDFS distributed file system is suitable for the storage of small and medium files.This topic is the distributed image server built by FastDFS for storing key frames.(3)Pedestrian detection is the first step in pedestrian re-identification.At present,pedestrian detection mainly uses the YOLOv3 algorithm,but the pedestrians detected by this algorithm have problems such as excessive light and incomplete pedestrians.This subject has annotated a dataset of incomplete pedestrians and complete pedestrians with low image quality.This dataset is used to evaluate the quality of pedestrian images and obtain high-quality pedestrian images.(4)The realization of the trajectory tracking system.The two technologies of cross-camera face recognition and pedestrian re-recognition are used to jointly search for pedestrian trajectory routes.At the same time,the face recognition technology dynamically updates the pedestrian re-recognition comparison template to solve the actual scene.The recognition rate is reduced due to the change of Chinese pedestrians.The trajectory tracking system designed and developed in this paper has passed relevant tests,which proves that the system developed in this paper is truly usable and effective. |
