With the rapid development of the Internet,"people,machines,and things" continue to merge in the network.The amount of network equipment and user data is growing exponentially.The whole network presents the characteristics if "large-scale,multi-access,high-speed and unpredictable".At the same time,network services and protocols emerge in endlessly.Many applications have strict requirements for real-time and QoS.The traditional network system architecture,network management and control scheme has been difficult to adapt to the development goals of modern network and next generation network,which limits the computing performance and real-time data acquisition of computer network,and brings great challenges to network visualization,automatic operation and maintenance and intelligent network management.This thesis mainly studies the IP multicast technology and programmable data plane technology in detail,and the in-band network telemetry optimization scheme for multicast is proposed,which is mainly designed and optimized for network telemetry strategy.The main research content and innovation points are as follows:In view of the problem of data redundancy in the application of existing network telemetry scheme in the multicast network,this thesis puts forward the MPINT(Multi-path INT)algorithm for three different network environments and designs different telemetry packet formats.According to different multicast environment,routing and forwarding situation,the algorithm dynamically calls the corresponding packet telemetry process logic,realizes the real-time and fine-grained acquisition of network equipment and network data status information in the network environment.It alleviates the problem of redundancy of multicast telemetry information,reduces the load of network bandwidth and improves the transmission performance of the network.For issues such as multicast tree recovery and packet loss judgment,this thesis further proposes a complete telemetry scheme to deploy and run in SDN architecture.A data structure based on two hash tables and a set is designed to store telemetry data.At the same time,the algorithm of multicast tree recovery and packet loss judgment is proposed in the control plane.Simulation tests are carried out in perfect binary tree and Fat-Tree network topologies with different scales.The experimental results show that the data processing delay of control plane is within the acceptable time range,and verify the effectiveness of multicast tree recovery and packet loss judgment algorithm.
