The rapid development of Internet technology and the accumulation of the number of users have caused the amount of data and information on the network to increase exponentially.How to enable users to obtain the content which they are interested in from the massive data has become an important research field.Therefore,the recommendation system came into being.In recent years,the application of recommendation systems in the film field has also achieved remarkable results,but more researches are still just focused on the recommendation of movies.How to make recommendations in more subdivided areas,such as the recommendation of movie characters,is a valuable research area.In addition,knowledge graph is one of the emerging research hotspots in recent years.The rich semantic information contained in the knowledge graph is of great significance to the cold start and poor interpretability of the recommendation system.This paper takes the research and system implementation of movie character recommendation algorithm as a research topic,and conducts research on movie data sets.The specific main work is as follows:(1)This paper first introduces the background and research significance of movie character recommendation,and completes the construction of the ontology base of the movie field.Then we crawled the relevant data in the film field and completed the knowledge extraction and storage work in the film field.Finally,the construction of the movie knowledge graph is completed,and the knowledge storage method is improved by using the graph database Neo4J to realize the storage of knowledge.(2)This paper studies the recommended model RippleNet which is based on the knowledge graph.Through the research and analysis of the RippleNet model and movie role recommendation application scenarios,as well as the comparative experiment with the collaborative filtering algorithm and the KGCN model,it is concluded that the RippleNet model can better complete the movie role recommendation task.(3)On the basis of the above work,this paper has completed the design and analysis of the movie intelligent character recommendation system,including system requirements analysis,system overall design,detailed design,and the realization and testing of the movie intelligent character recommendation system.
