The development of information technology promotes the reform of educational method and the change of the way of generating questions.The current test question generation mainly through manual or semi-automatic generation.The artificial way of generating questions depends entirely on the practical experience of educators,and the background,stem,answer and options are set artificially.The semi-automatic generation of test questions mostly adopts the hollowing method,which needs to manually extract the key information from a large number of questions and determine its position,and fill the key information of the questions into the corresponding position.In the process of the above two ways,human intervention is too much,which makes the efficiency of generating question low.In order to improve the efficiency of generating questions,solve the problem of too much human intervention in the process of generating questions,and relieve the heavy burden of educators,this paper proposes a kind of automatic problem generating method based on knowledge graph,and develops an objective problem generating system based on knowledge graph.The main work of this paper includes the following aspects:(1)Based on the generation technology of knowledge graph,the biological knowledge graph of the second chapter of ZJKJ PEP edition of senior high school was constructed.The concept system and attribute system of ontology base were constructed by using semi-automatic annotation method.The unstructured text data of Baidu Encyclopedia is structured by knowledge extraction and added to the knowledge base of "The Molecules that Make Up Cells".The knowledge graph of"The Molecules that Make Up Cells" was improved by referring to the biological knowledge base for basic education constructed by the National 863 Program on"Construction of Massive Knowledge Base and Key Technologies and Systems for Basic Education ".(2)Three kinds of objective question generation strategies based on knowledge graph are proposed.The first strategy is to generate questions by asking them directly at the entity or its properties.See Section 1 of Chapter 4 for the detailed process.The second strategy is to generate questions from representative attributes of the entity by asking questions about other attributes of the entity.See Section 2 of Chapter 4 for the detailed process.The third strategy is based on the existing test questions,extract the entities,relations,attributes in the question stem to generate the test template,through the template to generate questions.See Section 3 of Chapter 4 for the detailed process.The first two strategies are specific methods that are proposed according to the characteristics of the knowledge graph and can be automatically formulated according to the knowledge graph.Compared with the traditional method,the method is more efficient,easier to operate,even if the teacher does not know how to program then can quickly get started.This is also the innovations of this paper.(3)This paper designs and implements an automatic question setting system based on the knowledge graph of high school biology "The Molecules that Make Up Cells".The data in the knowledge graph are used to generate test questions according to the question setting strategy,stored in MySQL,and the results of the question setting are displayed by using the Spring Boot framework.(4)The objective questions generated by the automatic question making system based on knowledge graph were evaluated by comprehensive evaluation of reliability,validity,difficulty and distinction.The objective question generation strategy based on knowledge graph is proposed in this paper,which improves the efficiency and reduces the cost of question creation,and has high practical value.The method of constructing knowledge graph is relatively simple,which makes it possible for teachers to develop resources.The method of generating objective questions based on knowledge graph proposed in this paper is not limited to high school biology courses,but also can be used for reference in other courses.
