Research On Earnings Management Of Listed Companies On The Science And Technology Innovation Board

The relevant research on the securities market shows that some enterprises in order to maximize their own interests in the process of IPO,managers of the companies tend to beautify the financial data of the company by means of earnings management,so as to meet the IPO standards and requirements of regulatory agencies in a short period of time.As it turns out,earnings management activities on the one hand will distort the real operation of the company,resulting in the loss of stakeholders;on the other hand,low-quality accounting information will reduce the efficiency of market resource allocation and affect the healthy development of capital market.In 2019,The Science and Technology Innovation Board came into being.What is the uniqueness of earnings management of the listed enterprises on The Sci-Tech Innovation Board,whether the degree of earnings management is stronger or weaker under the background of registration system deserves attention.This paper takes TZTEK Technology Co.,Ltd.which was listed on the science and technology innovation board in 2019 as an example.This paper uses the methods of literature analysis,case analysis and comparative analysis,on the basis of defining the basic concepts of The Science and Technology Innovation Board,registration system and earnings management,and combing the relevant theories,this paper analyzes the data of TZTEK Technology Co.,Ltd.before and after listing by using the total accrual model,and the analysis shows that TZTEK Technology Co.,Ltd.did have a certain degree of earnings management in 2017 and 2018.On this basis,this paper continues to analyze the specific earnings management methods such as using key customers,management fees and government subsidies.After that,through the relevant financial indicators of TZTEK Technology Co.,Ltd.,we find that TZTEK Technology Co.,Ltd.has the motivation of earnings management in order to be listed successfully,enhance issuing price and raise funds.Finally,this paper puts forward suggestions from the micro and macro perspectives from the company's own aspect and the national and investors' aspect.The company should strengthen its asset management ability,expand the scope of customers,reduce the dependence on government subsidies,and improve the governance structure.The state and relevant regulatory departments should also strengthen supervision,and investors should improve their own theoretical level and rational investment.This paper takes TZTEK Technology Co.,Ltd.which listed on The Science and Technology Innovation Board in 2019 as a case,and deeply explores its earnings management situation based on the relevant data before and after its listing on The Science and Technology Innovation Board,and combines the theory with the case company,which has a certain reference significance for the same type companies,in order to make a modest contribution to enrich the relevant theories of earnings management of listed companies on the science and technology innovation board.
