Social modernization and informatization are based on the analog-to-digital conversion technology.The research of the optical sampling electronic quantification has been a major topic of debate since its excellent performance in sampling and proven technology in quantification.Among them,the time interleaved optical analog-to-digital conversion system based on time-division-multiplexing technology can reduce the performance requirements of the back-end electronic system as much as possible on the premise of high sampling rate.At present,mode-locked lasers are mostly used in its sampling part of the time interleaved optical analog-to-digital conversion systems based on time-division-multiplexing technology with some problems,such as difficulties in the adjustment of optical cavity,high cost,large volume and heavy weight,etc.Disadvantages of the optical coupler and delay structure are also found,such as more complicated in structures,more difficulties to operation,difficulties to adapt to four channels and above,etc.Aiming at the above two aspects,the main work and researches of this paper are as follows:Simulate the optical cavity-less pulse source and the optical switch matrix based on time division multiplexing technology,obtain a low-jitter pulse with repetition rate of 10 GHz and pulse width of 9.4 ps by simulation of optical cavity-less pulse source.Obtain an optical sampling system based on time division multiplexing technology with the sampling output of 4 channels with repetition rate of 2.5GHz per channel and the system sampling rate of 10GS/s and a signal to noise ratio of up to 45dB,while using the above optical cavity-less pulse source.Set up the optical sampling system based on time division multiplexing technology by using duel-outputs Mach Zehnder intensity modulators.Obtain the results of sampling output of 2 channels with repetition rate of 5GHz per channel and 4 channels with repetition rate of 2.5GHz per channel and the system sampling rate of 10GS/s and a signal to noise ratio of more than 30dB.Compared with other optical sampling structures,this wok uses an optical cavity-less pulse source,which greatly reduces the experimental cost,reduces the difficulty of operation,and reduces the volume and weight of the system;compared with the traditional optical coupler and variable optical delay line structure,this work reduces the number of components,reduces the complexity of the system,and also reduces the power loss of the system.In addition,the structure is in the advanced level in the number of channels,and the system sampling rate and signal-to-noise ratio also maintain a high level,with a high application value.
