With the application of the Internet in various industries,the application of Internet technology in the CNC machining industry has promoted the manufacturing industry to move towards Industry 4.0.In the CNC machining industry,the production process of products is complicated and cumbersome.Because the company does not effectively manage the technical knowledge in the field of CNC machining,workers in production cannot obtain solutions to problems in time,resulting in a long product production cycle.In this experiment,a set of NC machining information recommendation system based on knowledge map was developed.Through the application of knowledge map technology,it helps enterprises to effectively manage production technology and experience,and facilitates workers to obtain the knowledge required for the job.At the same time,the system can recommend the best personnel to complete the task for the enterprise,and supervise the production process of the product,and realize the intelligent production management of the product.This article has conducted an in-depth discussion and research on the CNC machining information recommendation system.Through the analysis of the background status,the construction of the domain knowledge graph,the research and realization of the recommended function algorithm,the system architecture design,the function realization and the test link,the software is discussed in detail development process.First,the data ontology model of the system is designed,and the CNC knowledge is classified,and the knowledge graph of the CNC machining field is constructed.Then,using RippleNet's knowledge recommendation algorithm and path-based recommendation algorithm,the knowledge recommendation function and task assignment function of CNC machining information are realized respectively.Next,select the three-tier CS mode system architecture,and use Spring Boot's microservice framework for the background development of the system.Finally,the execution process of the functions and main requirements of each module of the system is described,and the function test and performance test of the system are carried out to determine the reliability of the system.The CNC machining information recommendation system developed in this experiment has been successfully applied in enterprises,helping technicians successfully solve the problems encountered in production,strengthening the production management of products,and improving the efficiency of training technicians.With the application of the system in actual production,more knowledge about CNC machining will be accumulated to better serve enterprises and users.
