Space-ground integrated information network is an interconnected heterogeneous network which is composed of ground network and space-based backbone network.It solves the problems of narrow coverage and limited scope of traditional network,However,the space-ground integrated information network also has the characteristics of high delay,high channel exposure,limited resources,intermittent connectivity and so on,which makes the traditional access authentication scheme unable to apply to the space-ground integrated information network,but also brings many challenges to the access authentication scheme architecture design.In recent years,there are a large number of access authentication schemes designed for the characteristics of the space-ground integrated information network,but the core idea of most schemes is that the satellite is regarded as a transparent authentication message forwarding node,and the ground control center performs centralized authentication on the user's access requests.This mechanism leads to the high access delay of users in the access authentication system,and at the same time brings the single point bottleneck problem,which leads to the availability and reliability of the access authentication system cannot be guaranteed.However,the existing satellite based direct authentication schemes are limited to fast re-authentication or lack of a mechanism to directly manage the user's authority on the satellite,which need to rely on the ground control center,and it is difficult to realize the pre-authentication of the user group and guarantee the QoS of the service.Therefore,this paper focuses on the access authentication mechanism in the space-ground integrated information network as follows.(1)In order to solve the high delay and single point bottleneck problems caused by the traditional centralized access authentication scheme,this paper proposes a new access authentication model,which moves the authentication module forward to the access satellite,so that each satellite access node has the ability of authentication and access.At the same time,an anonymous authentication scheme based on public and private keys is designed to ensure the privacy of users.At the end of user authentication,symmetric key is provided to encrypt communication.(2)Aiming at the problem of distributed control and management of user's identity and authority control,this paper proposes an identity based authority control mechanism,which provides different levels of services based on user's identity,solves the function of managing user's authority on the access satellite side,and lays the foundation for fast handover and pre-authentication of mobile user group(3)In order to solve the problem that end users switch frequently to access satellite nodes,which leads to service continuity and security cannot be guaranteed,a fast re-authentication mechanism based on the integrated information network of space and earth is proposed.The constellation is constructed based on the predictable relative motion of satellite nodes.The user's current access satellite can transfer the context to the next satellite node in advance,so as to achieve fast handoff and ensure the continuity of user session.(4)In this paper,a prototype system for the identification and authentication of the integrated information network is constructed.Authentication concurrency,access performance and switching performance of the prototype system are evaluated.The results show that the prototype system is feasible and efficient in the aspects of authentication concurrency,initial access and fast re-authentication.
