Network data acquisition is the premise and foundation of network management,and it is one of the most crucial phases.Currently,most network management systems generally adopt the equal time interval acquisition method.The traditional method has a fixed collection period,ignoring the fluctuation of the collected data,which leads to the waste of collection resources,data redundancy and insufficient accuracy.In order to solve the above problems,this paper proposes an adaptive network data acquisition strategy based on multi-objective optimization.Based on this strategy,an adaptive network data acquisition system is designed and implemented.The details are as follows:First,an adaptive acquisition strategy based on multi-objective optimization is considered,starting with the two optimization goals of acquisition frequency and acquisition distortion,combining the equipment CPU utilization to construct a multi-objective optimization model.Then the Holt-Winters model is applied to forecast the collected data.Based on the forecast values,the model is solved to obtain the best acquisition time series which distributes the collection time points reasonably,so as to realize the adaptive acquisition of network data.Secondly,an adaptive network data acquisition system is designed and implemented based on the proposed strategy,which includes an application display layer,a scheduling control layer and a data interaction layer.The system selects InfluxDB database to store the collected data,and collects data from network devices based on SNMP to realize adaptive network data collection and storage.At the same time,a visual operation interface is provided,and the collected data is displayed in the form of charts,which is convenient for users to manage.The experimental results show that the system realizes network data adaptive acquisition,effectively reduces the acquisition frequency and distortion,and optimizes the process and effect of data acquisition in network management.
