Communication is closely linked to all aspects of national life with the continuous development and progress of society,so communication security is more and more important,it is the basic requirement to ensure the normal operation of related applications.Especially when transmitting confidential information through wireless communication,it is more vulnerable to malicious attacks due to the broadcasting characteristics of wireless channel.When 5G comes.Most commonly adopted security authentication schemes are based on the encryption technology built on the physical layer.With the explosive growth of network access equipment and the continuous improvement of computing power,the physical layer security authentication scheme will have its shortcomings,and the related research algorithms will become increasingly complex.This dissertation focuses on the physical layer security certification scheme based on Supported Vector Machine(SVM).The main research contents are as follows:Authentication algorithm is proposed in this thesis will have the following features:because the transmission of noise and interference of the wireless channel fading characteristics test sequence,therefore this article respectively using singular value decomposition(SVD)the noise subspace algorithm and minimum mean square error(MMSE)equalization algorithm to solve the noise and the characteristics of wireless channel fading in the efficiency of the certification,and then uses SVM to identify the identity of the processed user key authentication information.In the process of using SVM to identify the authentication sequence,this thesis uses two different identification schemes,which are key level physical layer authentication based on SVM and bit level physical layer authentication based on SVM.The performance of the above two authentication schemes is compared with the traditional authentication schemes.The authentication scheme studied in this thesis can improve the accuracy of authentication,and has high adaptability to the environment.It has good resistance to noise and wireless channel fading characteristics.It significantly improves the security of physical layer authentication and protects the secure and stable transmission of confidential information.
