In recent years,with the development of satellite navigation systems and the popularization of smart mobile terminals,a large number of spatio-temporal data of mobile users have been collected.Spatio-temporal data not only contains the user’s location and trajectory information,but its hidden personal privacy information can be mined through big data technology.If the spatio-temporal data is not processed and released directly,personal privacy will face a serious threat of leakage.Therefore,the privacy protection of spatio-temporal data is one of the important research topics in the field of information security,and it has also received extensive attention from researchers at home and abroad.However,in the existing spatio-temporal data privacy protection technologies,separate protection technologies are proposed for location privacy leakage and trajectory privacy leakage,and no personalized spatio-temporal data privacy protection method is provided to users to prevent location privacy leakage,check-in data privacy leakage,and trajectory privacy leakage.In response to this problem,this paper proposes a personalized spatio-temporal data privacy protection technology to protect users’ spatio-temporal data privacy.The main idea of personalized spatio-temporal data privacy protection technology is to take comprehensive privacy protection measures based on user-defined spatio-temporal data privacy,and to ensure high availability of original data.This method is mainly realized by location generalization technology,and a heuristic generalization rule is designed to process private data.In order to ensure the availability of original data,each step of the generalization operation considers the maximization of privacy protection and the minimization of information loss.When searching for the generalized position,this method considers the user’s temporal and spatial accessibility and movement patterns to ensure that the generalized position is more similar to the real position.In order to improve the operating efficiency of the algorithm,this method defines a distance index data structure,which can reduce the time overhead caused by repeated search of locations.Based on real spatio-temporal data for experimental testing and analysis,and compared with the existing spatio-temporal data privacy protection methods,the experimental results show that the personalized spatio-temporal data privacy protection technology proposed in this paper can effectively protect personal privacy while ensuring the original data high availability. |
