With the rapid development and progress of science and technology,all kinds of artificial intelligence systems are gradually integrated into our lives and become an indispensable part of our lives.For example,the detection of complex environment by mobile robots,unmanned driving and autonomous navigation are inseparable from the relevant target detection equipment.As a kind of sensor which can accurately obtain three-dimensional space position information,lidar can accurately capture the position information of the surrounding objects.In structure,lidar is mainly divided into mechanical lidar and solid-state lidar.Mechanical lidar refers to the optical system driven by a mechanically rotating motor to transmit and receive the lidar,so as to change the position of the detection points of the lidar in space,so as to obtain the point cloud information of the whole surface of the space environment,so as to achieve the purpose of capturing the information of the surrounding environment.At present,the mechanical lidar technology has been relatively mature,but because the mechanical lidar is through the mechanical structure to change the beam control direction,so the bulky mechanical structure,the lidar volume is huge,the scanning speed is slow,the accuracy is low,the mechanical loss is serious.Compared with mechanical lidar,solidstate lidar can realize beam scanning without mechanical structure,and solid-state lidar has the advantages of small size,fast speed and high precision.Optical Phased Array(OPA)is the main technology for beam deflection control.This topic needs to design an optical phased array drive circuit with high reliability,high adjustment precision,strong driving ability and fast adjustment speed according to the optical phased array chip in the research group,so as to drive the optical phased array clock all-solid-state laser radar beam scanning.In order to drive the optical phased array chip,this paper proposes and designs three kinds of driving circuits for optical phased array phase control.Including the driving mode of current source and voltage source drive mode,drive mode,the pulse height using computer(PC)on the PC software to control connected to the power circuit of the single chip microcomputer,the OPA each phase control the current,voltage or pulse height adjustment,change the position of the OPA far-field beam main greatly,so as to achieve the purpose of the light beam deflection,beam scanning.This topic of the drive system design for single chip microcomputer through a computer(PC)on the PC connected to receive the upper phase modulation signal sent by a machine,to check and modulation signal demodulation,check after the success,the first drive connected to the microcontroller DAC digital to analog converter,the output voltage control signal is sent to the phase of driving circuit,driving circuit design phase three drive modes,a current source,voltage source,and driven pulse height.Among them,the current source is a voltage controlled current source circuit built by instrument amplifier and operational amplifier.The voltage controlled current source circuit converts the output voltage signal of the digital-to-analog converter into the current signal with strong driving ability,so that the current source is used to complete the driving of the optical phased array.The driving mode of voltage source is the voltage follower circuit composed of high output operational amplifier,so that the driving ability of the output voltage signal of the digital-to-analog converter is enhanced.This topic selection pulse drive way,using single-chip microcomputer control analog switch chips will da converter output voltage signal into pulse voltage signals,the pulse voltage signal after receiving voltage controlled current source circuit,the drive current signal into pulse signal,and using pulse current phase control of optical phased array.Finally using a digital multimeter to the current source and voltage source and linearity error test,using the oscilloscope to observe the drive mode of the output pulse shape,pulse height after the use of voltage source control circuit has completed phase control experiments of optical phased array,the observed image,in the far field beam of the main lobe intensity is good,the experimental results show the feasibility and correctness of the drive circuit.The three kinds of OPA phase control circuits presented in this paper have simple principle,strong stability,convenient and practical,and have certain application value in high precision OPA phase control.
