With the rapid development of highway construction in China,the road network is increasingly complex.Toll stations on provincial highways greatly limit the efficiency of passage.It is necessary to cancel the provincial toll station to improve the traffic efficiency.In addition,to identify the road of vehicles on the highway,split vehicle tolls has become the urgent need of modern highway management.ETC(Electronic Toll Collection)technology is widely used in the world to realize the recognition of vehicle driving path and non-parking charges.In China,ETC is still not installed in a large proportion of vehicles.In order to realize the recognition of vehicle driving path and promote the cancellation of provincial toll stations,CPC(compound pass card)and ETC are also promoted in China.The compound pass cards can complete the identification of vehicle driving path on the highway,record the information of entrance and exit,vehicle information.As a new type of traffic card,CPC has no perfect automatic detection system in the production process.However,the manual detection method is inefficient and inadequate.Therefore,it is of great significance to design an automatic detection system of CPC.This paper has completed the design of automatic test system of CPC.This system realizes the current detection of the CPC,initialization of the information in the card,initialization of the security module,automatic download of the CPC program and low-power current detection.The system is applied to automatic production of CPC,which improves the quality and production efficiency of the cards.The system consists of upper computer,embedded system and fixture.This paper completes the hardware design and software design of the system.Hardware design includes the design of main control module circuit,download module circuit,communication module circuit and fixture control circuit.In the design,Markov process is applied to analyze the reliability of download module,and the hardware structure of dual download module is designed.The software design includes upper computer software,embedded system software,download module software and the design of CPC test program.Finally,verify and test.The reliability of the download module is verified,and the results show that the structure of the dual download module is reliable and in line with the use requirements.The accuracy and stability of the system are tested.The test results prove that the system is accurate and can run stably for a long time.The system meets the design requirements and has high application value.
