With the development of the society,the number of vehicles increases,the urban traffic pressure is also increasing year by year.Traffic congestion has increasingly affected people’s travel.The simple expansion of traffic roads and the use of traditional control methods to alleviate traffic pressure can not meet the realistic needs of social development.The development of intelligent traffic,through the use of intelligent control measures for signal lights become a new traffic solution.Intelligent transportation can effectively improve the traffic capacity,effectively relieve the occurrence of congestion,accidents and other problems,provide a new idea for traffic control,and push urban intelligence to a higher level.This paper studies and designs an intelligent traffic control system based on embedded technology by means of fuzzy control and neural network intelligent control.First of all,the relevant theoretical knowledge of traffic signal control is introduced,and analyzed the typical four phase model of single intersection,the design of a classic fuzzy control method,and considering the complexity of traffic flow,phase switch in order to improve the accuracy,optimize system control effect,the variable phase was proposed and designed for the fuzzy control method,by contrast to verify their MATLAB is more reliable and perfect.Furthermore,the membership function and fuzzy rules of the variable phase fuzzy control method are optimized by using the neural network.Secondly,aiming at the requirements of intelligent traffic control system,this paper proposes three control modes:multi-stage timing control,strong-pass control and fuzzy nexral network control.The hardware platform as a whole adopts the design of signal host driver signal slave,the host and slave respectively choose STM32 chip and 51 microcontroller as the main control chip,complete the design of the host module,slave module and function driver module related circuit.Including the minimum system design,485 serial communication,Ethernet communication,SD card storage,traffic detection and other circuits.Finally,the software program is designed.The multi-task management was realized by porting the software μC/OS-Ⅱ system,the fuzzy control program was designed,the Ethernet communication was developed under the operating system and the LWIP protocol,and the serial port communication of the master and slave was realized through 485 interface,and the local storage of data was realized by using SD card.The upper computer USES the VB6.0 development tool,through the upper computer software to complete the remote view including signal lamp display status and the number of vehicles entering and leaving each intersection and other traffic conditions,to achieve the change of the control mode,in addition to the realization of the traffic flow data history query and other functions.
