In the classical project planning and scheduling models,most multi-resource project scheduling research models regard human resources and equipment resources as the same kind of renewable resources,without considering the correlation between the two resources.Multi-resource project planning and scheduling problem has the natural multi-objective characteristics,but most researches are still limited to transforming multi-objective optimization problems into single objective optimization problems.Human resources and equipment resources are not independent of each other,and there are differences in the efficiency of workers operating different machinery and equipment.Most project planning and scheduling models lack the idea of collaboration.And the project team can only delay completion when its own resources are insufficient to complete the project,resulting in unnecessary cost of delay.When project collaboration is allowed,most research models do not consider that the project activity task can be arbitrarily separated from the external collaboration,and do not consider that multiple cooperative partners participate in the competitive cooperative activity task.Under this kind of project scheduling optimization problem,how to select cooperative partners,determine the cooperation proportion,and improve the decision-making efficiency is a complicated problem of combined post optimality.Therefore,the study of collaborative planning and scheduling of dual-resource and multi-objective projects has important theoretical value and practical significance.This paper takes project collaboration planning and scheduling as the research object,contacts engineering construction practice,combines the characteristics of human resource management and equipment management.The dual-resource project planning and scheduling problem considering the difference of workers' operation efficiency,the dual-resource project planning and scheduling problem allowing project collaboration,and the dual-resource project planning and scheduling problem with split-task activities competing with multiple partners are studied respectively.In addition,corresponding models are established for different problems,corresponding solving algorithms are designed,and simulation analysis is carried out with engineering examples to compare different optimization results.1.In view of the interrelation between human resources and equipment resources and the difference in operation efficiency of workers operating different equipment,a dual-resource and multi-objective project planning and scheduling model considering the difference in operation efficiency is established.A chromosome coding scheme including workers and equipment is designed,and the model is simulated and analyzed by NSGA-? algorithm.The project scheduling scheme corresponding to the worker and the operating equipment is obtained by the simulation experiment,which proves the feasibility of the model.2.Aiming at the problem of separation of collaboration planning and scheduling work in traditional project scheduling,a dual-resource and multi-objective project collaborative planning and scheduling model is established with project duration and project cost as optimization goals,and the project collaboration planning and scheduling scheme was generated simultaneously with the worker scheduling scheme within the project team.A coding scheme containing cooperative chromosomes is designed and solved by NSGA-II algorithm.The effectiveness of the model is verified by engineering simulation analysis.3.In view of the fact that the tasks can be split arbitrarily and multiple partners are introduced to participate in the competition,a dual-resource and multi-objective project cooperation planning and scheduling model with separable tasks is established.Using the advantages of multi-objective differential evolution algorithm to solve the continuous optimization problem.Meanwhile,using the algorithm to simulate and analyze the model.The simulation results show that compared with the overall outsourcing of active tasks,the collaborative planning and scheduling of dual-resource and multi-objective projects with separable tasks can shorten the construction period and reduce the cost.
