Research On The Construction Of Library Personalized Information Recommendation System Based On "Reader Portrait"

At present,information technology has gradually penetrated into all aspects of people's lives,and information communication and transmission are becoming more and more convenient.Meanwhile,information explosion is more likely to lead to information confusion.As an information intermediary institution,the contradiction is more prominent in the process of transforming the library to the intelligent library.For readers,the library is constantly enriching its collection of physical document resources and digital resource databases.Faced with massive information resources,readers must be very clear about their own information needs,so as to find the required information more efficiently.As for the library,in the new era,we must change the way of providing service to the readers passively,so as to avoid the weakening of the library function.In recent years,the technology of "user portrait" and recommendation system has developed rapidly and has been widely used in e-commerce,video and music platforms and social networks.Many platforms have explored solutions for personalized recommendations,enabling information to be turned into real value more quickly.This provides a new way for the library to solve the above contradiction,and its wide application in the fields of e-commerce also provides a reference case for its application in the library.Introducing the personalized recommendation system based on "reader portrait" into the library field can make information recommendation according to the personalized characteristics of readers to solve the problem of user expectation deviation and improve the accuracy of various services of the library.It can solve the problem that the library is difficult to grasp the needs of readers and the service is too passive in the process of transformation,which is a more effective way for the library to transform.This paper takes readers as the center,studies how to objectively and accurately describe the "Reader Portrait" related issues,and based on the "Reader Portrait" as the basis of the library information personalized recommendation system construction problems,design a complete system architecture,system process and so on.The research is mainly divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,which mainly expounds the research background and significance,the current research situation at home and abroad,the research content,methods,innovation points and the paper framework.The second part is the related theoretical and technical basis,mainly introduces the theory and technical basis of "user portrait" and personalized recommendation,and briefly introduces the theory of reader psychology.The third part is the construction of the description process of "Reader Portrait" in the library.According to the sequence of data processing,each part of the process is elaborated in order to provide the basis for the subsequent system recommendation.The fourth part is the design of personalized information recommendation system based on "Reader Portrait",which is carried out according to the design methods of system analysis,system design,system architecture and system application.The fifth part makes the final conclusion.Based on the practical work of the library,systematic scientific method and model building method are mainly used in the research.Through literature analysis and library research to determine the needs and functions of the system,and introduce the marketing of "user portrait" and reader psychology into this study,with a systematic thinking to build the library personalized recommendation framework and model.In this paper,the basic structure of the description process of "Reader Portrait" is established:data collection layer,data storage layer,data processing and analysis layer,and reader association layer.In the overall design of the system,a logical model of the system composed of system management module,"Reader Portrait" module,information recommendation module,result display module and result feedback module is constructed.The detailed design carries out more specific module design according to the above logical model.Finally,the system architecture is constructed,which is composed of data layer,analysis and calculation layer,result layer and feedback layer.Finally,the basic logical structure and system architecture of personalized information recommendation system of library based on reader portrait are basically completed.
