Along with the continuous development of industrialization,the automation of industrial production is getting higher and higher,so the control is becoming more and more important,and the research LVDT(Linear Variable Differential Transformer)as one of the executive elements of the control system has become particularly important.This article takes hydraulic LVDT as the research object,and according to the static characteristics of proportional valve to LVDT,Theoretical,simulation and experimental analysis of electrical and structural parameters affecting LVDT static characteristics to optimize LVDT static characteristics.Based on the principle of transformer main flux and leakage flux distribution,this paper analyzes the electromagnetic field of the LVDT through the Ampere Loop Theorem,According to the differential output characteristics of the LVDT,the relationship between the static characteristics such as sensitivity,zero residual voltage,electrical and structural parameters is analyzed.According to the electromagnetic field theory,combined with the electromagnetic field finite element analysis software Ansoft Maxwell,The basic steps of two-dimensional electromagnetic simulation analysis,such as specifying solver type,creating geometric model and specifying material properties,applying boundary conditions and excitation sources,grid division and setting solution options,verification model and analysis solution,post-processing,are described in detail.The two-dimensional drawing software AutoCAD is used to establish a two-dimensional simulation model of LVDT.The Maxwell finite element analysis method is used to simulate LVDT.Using the established model,the coil outer diameter,coil axial length,core length and other structural parameters of LVDT are changed respectively to simulate different models and discuss the influence of structural parameters on the static characteristics of LVDT.The output test system of LVDT is written by using the advantage of Lab VIEW graphical programming language.The static characteristics of LVDT,such as linearity,output characteristics and hysteresis,are measured and analyzed.The influence of excitation signal on the static characteristics of LVDT is analyzed,and the results are analyzed.The output characteristics of LVDT are optimized by using the fitting function of MATLAB neural network toolbox,and the ideal output characteristics are obtained.The research results of this paper have some enlightenment significance for the optimization design of LVDT and its applicable proportional valve.
