Spirits have a long history and culture in China.However,with the increase of diseases and social problems caused by excessive drinking,the detection of alcohol concentration and spirits quality has increasingly become the focus of public attention.The main components of spirits are ethanol and water,and the ethanol concentration is an important indicator of spirits production,quality and sales.Therefore,it is necessary to develop a simple,convenient and accurate new detection method for ethanol concentration and alcohol content in spirits.The detection methods of ethanol in spirits mainly include density bottle method,alcohol meter method,gas chromatography,spectrophotometry,laser Raman spectroscopy,microbial electrode method,near infrared spectroscopy,fluorescence spectrophotometry,etc.Compared with other methods,fluorescence analysis has attracted more and more attention due to its high sensitivity,simple operation and strong specificity.With the development of nanotechnology,fluorescent nanomaterials,such as metal organic framework compounds(MOFs),carbon dots(CDs)and rare earth doped up conversion luminescent nanomaterials,are widely used in food,chemistry,biology,environmental monitoring and other fields due to their high optical stability,controllable morphology and multifunction.In this paper,N,S-CDs@Tb-BTC nano hybrid was designed and synthesized as fluorescence probe,and the effect of ethanol concentration on its fluorescence performance was studied.Based on that,a new method was established to detect ethanol concentration and alcohol content in spirits easily and sensitively.N,S-CDs with blue fluorescence emission were synthesized by a simple one-step hydrothermal method,and Tb-BTC with green fluorescence was prepared in ethanol solution with Tb3+as the metal center and BTC as the ligand.Then,N,S-CDs were encapsulated in the cavity of Tb-BTC,and N,S-CDs@Tb-BTC nano hybrid with two kinds of fluorescence emission were synthesized.When N,S-CDs@Tb-BTC was dissolved in ethanol,only green fluorescence could be observed,while water molecules can collapse the structure of Tb-BTC and release N,S-CDs into the solution resulted in blue fluorescence.Based on this,a ratio type ethanol sensor was constructed in this experiment,and the rapid detection of alcohol content in spirits samples was further realized.This method is simple,convenient,sensitive and has a good application prospect and development potential,which could provide a new way for the rapid detection of alcohol content in spirits and spirits quality control.
