Composite pipes have the advantages of light weight,strong corrosion resistance,and convenient installation,making them widely used in water conservancy engineering,petroleum engineering,shipbuilding industry and other fields.Therefore,the intersecting line structure of composite pipes is common in pipeline engineering.In the process of cutting composite pipes with intersecting lines,due to the large number of pipe thicknesses and low measurement accuracy,and the intersecting line cutting trajectory,bevel thickness and optimal cutting speed are difficult to determine,a direct winding through the pipe has been developed.Process parameters,material process parameters and cutting process parameters can be cutting equipment that can perform intersecting line cutting of composite pipes,which can greatly improve the quality and efficiency of composite pipe intersecting line cutting.In this paper,the control system of the water jet cutting machine for composite pipes is designed.First,establish a composite pipe intersecting line cutting model.According to the pipe winding process and material process related parameters,establish a composite pipe thickness calculation model.According to the pipe intersecting line cutting process,establish the main pipe inner and outer wall curve equation model and the main pipe Intersecting line groove model and main pipe intersecting line groove thickness model.In order to improve the cutting surface quality and determine the optimal cutting speed,a single variable method was used to conduct cutting experiments,and a model of the relationship between the cutting thickness of the composite pipe and the optimal cutting speed was established.Secondly,plan the cutting trajectory of the composite pipe intersecting line.In order to ensure the stable operation of the mechanism during the cutting process,the fifth-order polynomial trajectory planning method is adopted to determine the optimal cutting time according to the kinematic constraints,and the cutting process is verified through simulation The accuracy of the cutting position and cutting speed and the stability of the mechanism.Finally,the hardware modules and software modules of the composite pipe waterjet cutting machine control system are designed and verified by experiments.The human-computer interaction interface of the upper computer and the execution program of the lower computer are developed through Visua1 Studio 2010 and Isp soft software,and the intersecting line is performed.The cutting experiment verifies that the control system of the water jet cutting machine has the ability to improve the cutting quality and cutting efficiency of the composite pipe intersecting line.The composite pipe water jet cutting machine designed in this paper can directly determine the cutting trajectory of the intersecting line,the bevel thickness and the optimal cutting speed according to the pipe winding process parameters,material process parameters and cutting process parameters.During the intersecting wire cutting process,the optimal speed is maintained for cutting,thereby improving the cutting quality and cutting efficiency.
