This article designed an emotion-evoking experiment, using portable devices that are prone to blood oxygenation, and collecting positive(happy)and negative(sad)raw emotion data.Data modeling is based on Random Matrix Theory(RMT),and the characteristics of pulse signals under different emotional states are analyzed according to Single Ring Theorem.Based on the EMD algorithm, the heart extracted from the human pulse signals is realized. The stimulus signal is processed to study the relationship between human emotional state and physiological health. The work of this article is mainly the following four parts:1)Emotion-evoking experiment:Emotion-evoking experiment.Volunteers evoked emotions by watching video clips and filled out post-view questionnaires to ensure the validity and accuracy of the raw data and complete the collection of raw data for positive and negative emotions.2)Preprocessing of pulse signals and extraction of cardiac excitation signals based on cepstrum theory:In order to accurately analyze the characteristics of pulse signals, the pulse signal needs to be denoised first;according to cepstrum theory, the heart excitation in pulse signals is realized The extraction of source signals prepares data for the following research on the relationship between emotional state and physical health.3)Study of pulse emotional state:complete data modeling based on random matrix theory, process the data according to a certain matrix processing method, and study the specific spectral distribution under positive and negative emotional states.4)Study of emotional state and physical health state:Based on the spectral distribution, the extracted cardiac excitation signals are decomposed by EMD,the spectral energy ratio is obtained, and comparison and analysis are performed to obtain the relationship between pulse emotion and physical health.
