With the development of graphic image processing technology,surveillance video plays an increasingly important role in the fields of security,law enforcement and military.However,the workers of the monitoring center use traditional monitoring systems to inspect multiple areas at the same time,and sometimes it may not be possible to match the monitoring screen with the specific geographical location.In addition,it is difficult for the monitoring personnel to implement global monitoring on large or complex scenes.Massive scattered video increases the workload of the monitoring personnel to integrate information,and it is extremely difficult to understand the information in multiple videos.Spatio-temporal information of video surveillance plays an important role in the effective description of video content,while current surveillance video systems lack geographic spatial-temporal information on the one hand and user interaction with real scenes on the other.In order to promote the coordination and tracking of cameras,to solve the problems of poor spatial perception in multi-point monitoring,the resource display is not intuitive,and the global control is not strong,this paper designs and implements a multi-scenario fusion 3D GIS(Geographic Information System))Intelligent monitoring system,which proposes a solution that uses augmented reality technology to combine the spatial and temporal information of 3D GIS with dynamic intelligent monitoring video to achieve multi-scenario fusion.The specific advantages are as follows:First,it helps users to understand the geographic information reflected in surveillance videos more quickly and effectively,and improves users’awareness of 3D spatial location;Second,improve the reality of virtual objects,and use supplementary information to enhance the real scene,and ensure that the virtual environment created by 3D GIS and the monitoring video provide a real-world view;Thirdly,the work of this paper on the three-dimensional GIS video surveillance system in multiple scenarios can provide reference and help for the practical application of subsequent GIS surveillance research.This article first reviews the domestic and foreign scholars’ research in the field of GIS monitoring(geoVideo),investigates the current industry development potential and future development direction,and the specific work in the multi-scenario fusion 3D GIS intelligent monitoring system is as follows:(1)So as to solve the problem of poor space sense of the video surveillance system,we combined the system analysis and utilized the advantages of the excellent 3D visualization of the U3D engine,fast development speed,and full plug-in and high portability to design and build the system software of this article.The overall framework defines three core scenarios:real-time video surveillance,2D and 3D GIS display,and virtual scene fusion video surveillance.(2)Develop a 2D and 3D GIS based on U3D graphics engine,create a core 3D GIS model by using the Online Maps plug-in,and design and implement a 2D and 3D GIS interactive scene of the main module.In addition,a drone is used to shoot the ground aerial scene in real time,and the specific implementation method of the interactive function of the 2D and 3D GIS scene is introduced in detail.(3)The monitoring video dynamic information is integrated into three-dimensional geographic information to realize the combination of real-time monitoring video and GIS,and a nine-grid grid real-time video monitoring scene and a real dynamic video monitoring information scene in a virtual three-dimensional indoor geographic environment are constructed.The final test results show that this system uses augmented reality technology to combine 3D GIS geographic spatial and temporal information with dynamic intelligent surveillance video to achieve a multi-scenario fusion solution.Strong,can provide users with real-time intelligent monitoring and three-dimensional GIS combined spatio-temporal information,enhance the sense of on-site monitoring and overall control of surveillance video.
