In recent years,the Internet traffic of mobile network increases rapidly,which brings more and more challenges to wireless network resource allocation of operators.In order to meet users' demand for service quality assurance and allocate wireless network resources more reasonably,operators put forward intelligent pipeline technology.Intelligent pipeline technology can dynamically allocate network resources according to the user's requests,and also provides flexible billing policy.However,traditional intelligent pipeline technology allocates wireless network resources according to empirical rules.Faced with diverse user services and complex mobile scenarios,the intelligent pipeline is difficult to control network traffic in a refined way.In view of the deficiency of traditional intelligent pipeline in wireless network operation and service management,this paper expands the existing intelligent pipeline based on PCC architecture and proposes an intelligent wireless network operation service scheme.By identifying the user's business and the current user's wireless network load,the scheme uses deep learning technology to intelligently determine whether to meet the user's QoS requests.According to this scheme,the paper designs and implements a wireless network operation service system based on QoS cognition.This system uses the Deep Learning and the Stream Processing Technique to predict the QoS requests of user,and allocates wireless network resources by the predicted result.This system improves the user experiences and saves the network resources,which are influenced by traditional intelligent pipe allocating the wireless resource only based simple rules.This paper firstly analyzes the deficiency of traditional intelligent pipeline and puts forward the wireless network operation service system based on QoS cognition.Then,the requirements of the wireless network operation service system are decomposed in detail.The architecture design,interaction process,database design and interface design of the system and each subsystem are completed according to the requirements analysis.And then all subsystems and web interfaces are implemented according to the design content.Finally,this paper designs detailed test cases for the function points of the subsystem and also tests functions and performances of the system.All the test results meet the requirements of the system,which verifies the feasibility of the system.
