Minimally invasive interventional surgery is more and more widely used in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases because of its advantages of small wound,less bleeding,safety and reliability,relatively short operation time,rapid recovery and low cost.But at present active catheter posture is mostly displayed by X-ray imaging,showing two-dimensional or three-dimensional images.At present,fiber Bragg grating(FBG)detection technology is widely used in bridge detection,dam safety detection and coal mine safety detection.In this paper,the active catheter three-dimensional attitude detection technology based on fiber Bragg grating was studied and the following specific work was done:1.This paper introduces the background and significance of the research content of this paper,briefly introduces the research status of FBG sensor technology and active catheter three-dimensional attitude at home and abroad,and expounds the existing problems and development trend.2.The basic principle of fiber Bragg grating sensor,the principle of fiber Bragg grating curvature sensing strain and the fabrication theory of fiber Bragg grating are introduced,and the application of fiber Bragg grating in strain detection is also introduced.3.This paper introduces the making process of the fiber Bragg grating,the composition of the experimental system is introduced in this paper,including the introduction of phase mask plate parameters used,introduces the principle and process of preparation of fiber grating and some safety operation,introduces the preparation process,parameter setting and the preparation of fiber Bragg grating prophase preparation,and after annealing of the fiber Bragg grating spectrum analysis.4.The three-dimensional attitude test of active catheter was introduced based on fiber Bragg grating curvature sensor technology.The experimental process is introduced in detail,and the program implementation is briefly introduced,including the system composition,parameter setting and system design.5.This paper introduces the three-dimensional attitude detection technology of active catheter based on the segmented constant curvature of fiber grating,including the three-dimensional attitude detection algorithm based on the segmented constant curvature and the three-dimensional attitude shape algorithm.The software simulation is carried out to verify the feasibility of the measurement algorithm.
