At present,the development of China's high-speed rail industry is fast,and the entire system of high-speed rail equipment is already at the world-leading level.In order to further improve the reliability of the communication between the on-board antenna and the passive transponder in the near-field area of the train in the complex outdoor environment,which will be beneficial to the train's driving safety and passenger comfort,this paper has completed the following work:1?Combining theoretical analysis with HFSS and ADS simulation software,a new BTM on-board dual-band antenna suitable for the HF band is proposed.The antenna is a square loop,and the overall size is 350mm×260mm×2mm.At the same time,the design of the relevant matching network was completed.The test results show that the return loss at the two frequency points of 4.234MHz and 27.095MHz is less than-25dB;at the same time,at a vertical distance of 220mm-460mm,the range of transmission and reception signals exceeds the design requirements by 10%.In addition,when the external temperature changes within the range of-60°??60°,the antenna operation is basically not affected.2?Factors such as PCB dielectric material,dielectric thickness,and copper foil thickness used in the production of near-field train control antennas were studied for antenna performance,and the PCB was drawn by using cadence software.Through theoretical analysis,HFSS software modeling,and physical measurement,it is shown that the best PCB dielectric material suitable for near-field train-controlled vehicle antennas is FR4 and thickness is 2mm.The thickness of copper foil has little effect on the antenna performance.When using 2mm thick FR4 PCB material,the near-field area train control antenna is 8%higher than the existing equipment.3?The material and size of the antenna reflector used in the near-field area train-mounted antenna and the distance from the antenna were studied.The most suitable antenna reflector is an aluminum plate with a size of 410mm*320mm*60mm.The vertical distance between the on-board antenna and the antenna reflector is 80mm.The near-field zone-controlled vehicle-mounted antenna designed in this article is an upgrade of the existing BTM antenna,and also plays a positive role in saving costs,reducing weight,and saving valuable installation space in the car.At the same time,in the complex outdoor environment,the reliability of the communication between the vehicle-mounted antenna and the passive transponder in the near-field area during the train is further improved.Practical significance.The near-field on-board antenna designed in this paper is an upgrade of the existing BTM antenna.It also plays an active role in saving costs,reducing weight,and saving valuable installation space in the car.At the same time,it also further improves the reliability of the communication between the on-board antenna and the passive transponder in the near-field area of the train in the complex outdoor environment,which is of great practical significance for improving the reliability of the communication between the vehicle-mounted system and the transponder,and the safety of the train.
