With the progress of society,the living standards of residents have continuously improved,and the average life expectancy has continued to increase.The burden on hospitals and related medical fields has also increased accordingly,highlighting the problem of insufficient medical resources.Among them,inadequate resources for in-patient consultations are a microcosm of this problem.Guidance resources refer to the services provided by the guidance nurses located in the guidance desk for patients who come to seek medical treatment,including referrals from the consultation department,in-hospital introduction,and registered consultation.At present,in most hospitals,there are fewer guidance desks,and guidance resources cannot meet the needs.This system is designed based on deep learning technology to implement an algorithm for recommendation of the consultation department according to the patient's self-report,optimize the basic recommendation results of the consultation department,improve the stability of the algorithm,and the model accuracy rate is 81%.The system can undertake part of the work of the guiding nurses on the guiding,providing patients with information such as registered inquiries in the hospital,general introduction of the hospital,etc.At the same time,it provides user management functions and background management functions to facilitate system management.The system adopts the SSM framework,which decouples the internal modules and separates the front and back ends,which increases the maintainability of the system and at the same time realizes the development of the system in the WeChat public account,which is convenient for users to use on the mobile terminal.This article first investigates the background of the current lack of guidance resources,analyzes the main work of the guidance desk and the guidance nurses,and uses this as a basis for system requirements analysis,including user role analysis and functional requirements analysis,illustrated by use case diagrams.After that,the system software hierarchical architecture design,database design,and interface design are carried out,and each functional module is designed and implemented in detail.Finally,the work of this dissertation is summarized,and problems and prospects are put forward.
