With the rapid development of computer science in recent years,situation awareness technology has made significant progress,mainly reflected in the emergence of many situation awareness models based on machine learning technology.However,with the reemergence of human factors engineering,cognitive science,and the reflection of deep learning and big data technologies.These models usually ignore subjective factors such as the psychological model and cognitive process of the participants.The fusion,modeling and measurement of subjective scale data and objective sensor data are of great significance for the study of situation awareness models.This paper systematically organizes the measurement technology of situation awareness,there listed theoretical models of situation awareness,and the application of situation awareness.Based on Endsley's three-level situation awareness model and Wickens' attention-situation awareness model,a situation awareness model based on subjective and objective data fusion was proposed,and experiments were designed to collect related data.In the experiments,the acquisition of subjective data is mainly through traditional situation awareness scales such as SART scale,SPAM scale,etc.,and the acquisition of objective data is mainly through the change of the gaze point of the subjects recorded by the eye tracking system and the change of skin electricity of the subjects from the skin electrical sensor.The subjective and objective data are then fused at the feature layer,and the subject's performance is used as an output to train an improved Markov random field.Finally,the trained model's evaluation of situation awareness level is compared with the effect of traditional scale evaluation,and it is found that the model's accuracy rate of situation awareness level evaluation is higher than that of traditional scale evaluation.This paper also explores the relationship among situation awareness,attention,and performance through statistical learning algorithms.According to the concepts of saliency and value proposed in Wickens' attention-situation awareness model,this paper explores the effects of saliency and value on situation awareness through experiments,and attempts to draw on the philosophical ideas in Hume's problem to explore the practical significance of value in situation awareness and whether they can be transformed into each other.
