The customer service system has experienced a long evolutionary process,from telephone consultation to instant messaging software consultation,and then to today's artificial intelligence-based natural language processing dialogue system.From the evolution process,it can be found that the system has become more and more intelligent,with less and less manpower,material resources,and financial resources,and the ability to solve problems is getting higher and higher.The emergence of natural language processing technology solves the problems of low efficiency and slow response speed of traditional customer service,breaks through the development bottleneck of traditional customer service,and promotes the development of traditional customer service to intelligent customer service.As a development direction of natural language processing,intelligent customer service can help enterprises establish an effective communication method in the communication process with customers,help enterprises reduce manual operating costs,and further improve the efficiency of customer service work and customer satisfaction.More and more attention from enterprises.With the development of natural language processing,more and more theoretical knowledge is applied to the field of intelligent customer service.The application of natural language processing technology to the field of intelligent customer service has become a new research point.The research work of this article is mainly carried out from the following aspects:Since the current intelligent customer service can only answer a single question,the paper proposes a multi-answer answering method based on the Seq2Seq chat scene,which increases the diversity of answers and improves the user experience of the user,making the reply more interesting and close to human.Emotional expression.Aiming at the user's inability to fully express the appeal in one sentence,the thesis designs a multi-task task-based dialogue module,which uses intent recognition and slot filling to record the context information of the dialogue to help users solve problems.Aiming at the relatively simple problem of the current intelligent customer service model,the paper proposes to integrate the subsystems in multiple scenarios,integrate the answers in specific fields through a hybrid fusion mechanism based on rules and models,and display the corresponding answers,and finally design Integrating multi-scenario intelligent customer service system architecture,design and implement an intelligent customer service dialogue system with complete processes,complete functions,and efficient and reasonable.
