Radio monitoring is an important means to supervise national spectrum resources.by monitoring the frequency usage status in real time,it provides a basis and means for better planning of spectrum resources and effective management of spectrum usage.With the gridding trend of radio monitoring,radio monitoring faces the challenge of massive monitoring data brought by a large number of monitoring nodes.For massive data,the knowledge graph can be used to extract key information and construct a structured knowledge topology,thereby reducing redundant information storage.This paper mainly studies the knowledge structure in radio monitoring data and constructs the knowledge graph of radio monitoring data.The main research results of the paper are as follows:1.For the acquisition of spectrum state knowledge,an improved spectrum sensing algorithm based on iterative detection is proposed to reduce the time complexity of the original algorithm,and the advantages of the improved algorithm in recognition time are verified through simulation.Using the improved algorithm,a method for obtaining key information such as noise power,signal bandwidth,and center frequency in the sensing frequency band is further realized.2.For the acquisition of spectrum signal knowledge,this paper implements a decision tree layered recognition method.This method uses the idea of separation and the algorithm of feature recognition for the existing 6 types of analog modulation signals and 14 types of digital modulation signals.20 types of modulated signals were successfully distinguished,and the reliability of the decision tree method used was verified by simulation.In the process of recognizing MQAM and MFSK,this paper proposes a signal order recognition algorithm based on IQ data,and the reliability of the proposed algorithm and the advantages of recognition time are verified by simulation.3.Based on the spectrum status and spectrum signal knowledge,a spectrum knowledge template for extracting the key information in the radio monitoring data is proposed,and combined with the priori information such as the time,location,and frequency band of radio monitoring,a framework of knowledge graph of radio monitoring data is constructed.This paper combines knowledge spectrum of radio monitoring with the laboratory radio software monitoring platform,builds a monitoring module of knowledge graph.And the actual measurement work shows that through constructing knowledge graph of radio,monitoring methods of radio become more efficient.
