In recent years,the intelligentization of the domestic logistics industry is developing rapidly.In order to solve the problems of the existing logistics monitoring equipment in the process of logistics transportation,such as single function,low scalability,and difficulty in real-time monitoring of cargo status,low-power wide area network(LPWAN)and sensor fusion are used,Embedded and intelligent control technologies,and developed a low-power real-time monitoring system for the logistics environment.First of all,this paper introduces and analyzes the current situation of logistics and transportation development at home and abroad,as well as the application of technologies such as the Internet of Things and intelligent control in the logistics industry at home and abroad.Then this paper analyzes the functional requirements of the logistics and transportation real-time monitoring system,and designs the overall scheme of the system.The system is divided into edge perception layer,communication layer,cloud service layer and management and control application layer.The edge perception layer is responsible for perceiving various status information in the logistics vehicle transportation process,and then performs data analysis and processing through edge perception algorithms.The edge perception algorithm is designed based on the Kalman filter algorithm,and the accurate and continuous positioning of the vehicle in a complex environment is achieved through the dual-mode combined positioning method.The communication layer uploads the collected logistics environment data to the application layer through the LPWAN technology.Considering that the amount of data collected at the logistics mobile terminal increases rapidly over time,an improved LZW data compression algorithm is designed.Compress the data collected in the perception layer,when the vehicle is running at high speed,due to the retransmission mechanism between the NB-Io T module and the base station,through secondary interaction and data caching measures,the data packet loss rate is reduced and the vehicle is resolved Data transmission problems in fast moving situations.The cloud service layer is used to collect data at the edge perception layer and provide it to the management and control application layer for graphical display.Finally,this paper tests the key technologies of the system and analyzes the test results.The real-time monitoring system of logistics environment based on LPWAN designed in this paper improves the efficiency of real-time monitoring of logistics conditions,realizes the remote transmission of logistics data,and provides effective solutions for managers to grasp the status of logistics vehicles in real time.Figure [45] table [12] reference [83]...
