5G antenna is located at the front end of the whole communication system,responsible for sending and receiving signals and playing a decisive role in the system.The two antennas designed in this paper are suitable for 5G frequency band,and the working frequency band of the antenna is 3.4-3.6GHz by means of notch wave.The designed 5G antenna should also meet the requirements of antenna parameters such as gain and radiation direction.Within the working frequency band of the antenna,the antenna gain should be greater than or equal to 3dB,and the radiation direction should also have a good effect.The specific design is as follows:First designed a wideband monopole antenna,the antenna based on double trap.Choose dielectric constant is 4.4,the loss tangent of 0.02 FR4 epoxy resin materials for dielectric substrate,a square with a side length of 18mm in the radiation patch structure.The width of the microstrip feeder is 3.6mm.Above the microstrip feeder connection 1/4 wavelength SIR and impedance change improve antenna impedance matching.The initial design of the ground plate is a semicircle with a radius of w/2,and the distance between the ground plate and the microstrip feeder is 0.6mm.In order to reduce the impact of the grounding plate on the microstrip feeder,the ground plate with a length of 0.4mm was cut off near the 1/4 wavelength SIR.Notch processing of the antenna,rectangular CSRR structure trap structure selected for implementation,Two open resonant rings are added on the top of the radiation patch to restrict the band resistance of the antenna,HFSS software was used to optimize the size of rectangular CSRR structure.The antenna increases to 3dB in the non-notch frequency band of 3.4-3.6GHz,and the gain is less than 0dB in other frequency bands,so the antenna meets the design requirements.In addition,a double-layer patch antenna is designed,which adopts the laminated patch structure.The top layer is a square patch,the middle layer is a diamond patch,and the bottom layer is a dielectric substrat,which combined with H-type gap coupling feed.The size of the top layer patch is 35mm × 36.5mm,the size of the middle layer patch is 24.5mm × 24.5mm,the size of the bottom dielectric substrate is 50mm × 50mm,and the relative dielectric constant is 2.2.Medium substrate front is the ground floor and H-shaped gap,the back is microstrip feeder layer.H-shaped gap structure can realize the inhibition of low frequency,and the structure design of laminated patch can realize the inhibition of high frequency.In frequency band 3.4-3.6GHz,the gain is greater than 5dB,and in other nearby frequency gain is less than 0dB,the antenna meets the design requirements.
