Research On Visual Signboard System For Production Line Based On LoRa Technology

In the field of industrial production,how to improve the automation level of the factory,coordinate the development of personnel,and make each employee clearly assign the task is an urgent problem for enterprise project management.Based on LoRa' s technical communication principle,this paper sets the hardware system,software and test methods required for factory automation based on LoRa communication.This paper first introduces the basic principles and theoretical basis of LoRa communication.Next,by comparing the advantages of LoRa communication in the field of factory automation and the automation of designing the factory kanban system,the advantages and disadvantages of existing wireless communication technologies are provided.This paper introduces the Kanban system from various stages of technical support,needs assessment,design and evaluation.The Kanban system includes a Kanban function module and a system configuration module.The system design solution is mainly divided into three aspects:hardware system,system software and system testing.In order to reduce the construction difficulty,it is more convenient to perform system maintenance and upgrade.The system hardware implements a modular design scheme,which is mainly composed of a LORA terminal,a LoRA wireless module and a backplane concentrator backplane of the LORA.The technical details of each implementation of the hardware module highlight the implementation of the LoRa wireless module and the LoRa concentrator backplane.The system design software is mainly divided into LORA wireless module,LoRA concentrator and control software design,which is dedicated to the implementation of the LORA wireless module and concentrator LORA software and the method of receiving and transmitting data.The test system design is mainly divided into two parts:the main parameter test and the module performance test as well as the general function and technical index test of the system.Currently,the system has completed the first version of this feature.After comprehensive performance testing,test compatibility and test performance,the system can better meet the needs of users,and promote the promotion of enterprise software,which has some practical value.
