With the rapid development of mobile Internet,more and more people demand for location-based services,indoor positioning technology has become a research hotspot.Indoor positioning in the personnel monitoring,warehouse management,emergency and other industries have been widely used.The positioning accuracy of WIFI and Bluetooth technology is studied in this paper.Firstly,the key problem of location fingerprint algorithm based on WIFI is analyzed.Due to the large fluctuation of WIFI signal strength,the two factors that affect the accuracy of the algorithm are fingerprint feature and matching algorithm.In the specific study:(1)in the offline stage,the location fingerprint feature data acquisition and use Gaussian filter for pre-processing;(2)The online stage,the use of voting strategy regional decision and the strongest AP selection strategy to reduce the positioning calculation;(3)The performance of the Nearest Neighborhood(Nearest Neighborhood,NN),K Nearest Neighborhood,KNN and Weighted K Nearest Neighborhood matching algorithms are compared;The k-value selection of WKNN is studied.Simulation analysis shows that the proposed "based on SSCM(Signal Strength Correlation Method,SSCM)integrated fingerprint positioning algorithm" can achieve better positioning speed and accuracy.Secondly,in order to compensate for a single positioning to bring the positioning error,the introduction of Bluetooth positioning technology,WIFI and Bluetooth fusion is realized.In the specific study:(1)Based on the indoor positioning model of the ranging algorithm,"log-normal" distribution model is applied to Bluetooth positioning.Through the determination of the number of received signal strength "based on LRCM(Location Result Correlation Method,LRCM APIT Bluetooth positioning algorithm" was proposed;(2)Combining the "integrated fingerprint localization algorithm based on SSCM" and "APIT Bluetooth positioning algorithm based on LRCM",two kinds of fusion positioning solutions are proposed.Method 1:Wide range of WIFI positioning is combined with a small range of Bluetooth-assisted methods.After the fusion of positioning results than a single WIFI positioning results were verified by the simulation environment.Method 2:Weighted fusion localization algorithm Based on the improved Gaussian kernel function as the weight of a single WIFI and Bluetooth decision-making integration,good positioning results were simulated experiments,has a certain practical value.Finally,the indoor positioning algorithm based on WIFI and Bluetooth fusion is applied to a mobile security system,which proves that the method has certain precision and high practicability.
