The human body sign detection system is used to achieve measurement of various physiological parameters of the human body,such as body temperature,heart rate,electrocardiogram,blood oxygen and body posture.The body posture can be used for the monitoring of the recovery of patients with joint injuries in rehabilitation.In order to monitor the user's sitting posture and prevent the user from developing chronic diseases,this paper proposes a human body posture detection system based on a piezoresistive sensor array.Firstly,the related research on the related diseases caused by sitting posture is carried out.Secondly,In order to realize the linear relationship between the resistive array output voltage and the resistance of the sensing unit,a double feedback linear reading circuit is proposed in this paper.Then,a sitting posture detection system is built based on the piezoresistive sensor array.Finally,relevant experimental tests are performed on the seat-detection system based on piezoresistive array.The main work contents and research results of the thesis are as follows:1.Studying on the related diseases caused by sitting postures indicate that people who work at long-term desks and those who are sedentary may suffer from chronic diseases such as lumbar muscle strain and lumbar protrusion.Good sitting posture can keep the staff working for a long time without fatigue.Lead to occupational diseases.Therefore,this paper studies the sitting posture detection technology and designs a sitting posture detection system to help users prevent chronic diseases.2.A linear relationship system will bring great convenience with data processing,and can improve the stability of the system.In order to achieve a linear relationship between the output voltage of the resistive array output and the resistance of the sensing unit,this paper designs a double feedback linear read circuit to ensure that the output voltage is linear with the resistance to be measured,and the odd and even rows of the same column can be collected simultaneously.The resistance of the two sensitive units effectively increases the acquisition rate.The formula of the current resistance to be tested is derived and the influencing factors of the current measurement error of the resistance to be tested are simulated and analyzed.Physical verification of the performance of data read by dual feedback linear circuits.3.In order to keep the sensor acquisition resolution unchanged and increase the sensing area,this paper splicing four M64 flexible piezoresistive film sensor arrays into a large array and built a set of sitting posture detection system architecture.The center of gravity detection algorithm and the SVM classification algorithm are described to determine the typical sitting posture process.Based on the MFC host computer,the computerized visual experiment platform of the sitting position detection system was built,and the data communication function with the lower computer was realized.The basic information of the resistive array,the resistance value of the array contact,the converted pressure value and The display of information such as two-dimensional pressure distribution maps;at the same time,through the connection with the database,the storage,search and delete functions of the array data are realized.4.Relevant experimental tests were carried out based on the sitting position detection system.by manually testing the RF correspondence,it is verified that the contact elements R-F of the piezoresistive array have good consistency and fit the R-F equation.Defining the range of center of gravity of each typical sitting position by the typical sitting posture threshold setting experiment of the center of gravity detection algorithm;The experimental verification system based on the resistive sensing array sitting posture detection system has the force perception function and has high force resolution.The center of gravity detection algorithm and the SVM classification algorithm are used to perform the sitting posture detection and discrimination experiments.The results show that the system has a good sitting posture detection function.
