With the development of Internet technology,the Internet has spawned small e-commerce sites in the field of biomedicine.These sites can trade some experimental products,but there is too much junk information and the interface is too simple to be tuned.Unable to deal with multithreading and high concurrent access,did not provide a search engine or search engine accuracy is too low;With the development of technology,website development based on distributed gradually become popular,distributed website development is a module,can integrate the existing scattered resources,integration Redis do data cache,so that distributed website can cope with multithreading and high concurrent access.Distributed website development can better optimize the front-end interface,system I/O,development code,and provide load balancing algorithm.In this paper,a biomedical service platform is created based on distributed development,which can provide commodity information in real time,cope with high concurrency and multithreaded access,and improve the accuracy rate of search engine and subject relevance rate.In this paper,distributed website development is developed by modules,composed of five subsystems(modules).In general,the main research content and innovation points of this paper are as follows:(1)the design of the distributed biomedical service platform composed of five subsystems was developed by using sub-modules,including front-end display interface,back-end commodity management system,file server,subsystem management engineering and code engineering.These five subsystems together constitute the biomedical service platform based on distributed development.(2)for the design of back-end database based on distributed development-biomedicine service platform,Oracle database is adopted,which integrates Redis to do data cache,so that distributed website has the ability to cope with the situation of a large number of users visiting at the same time.(3)the results of shopping search engine and sorting algorithm improvement work,general search engine search accuracy is not high,the correlation to improve shortcomings,in this paper,the open source engine based on Nutch,using granular segmentation algorithm program to do the most participles,secondary improvement for Link Rank sorting algorithm,the improved accuracy related to the topic of search engine rate was improved.In this paper,a set of distributed biomedical service platform is designed based on the current mainstream development architecture and practical requirements,which solves the problem that nondistributed traditional websites cannot face high concurrent visits and improves the accuracy rate of search engines and topic correlation rate.The system test is mainly divided into three parts.The first part is to test the function of the distributed biomedical service platform.The serial test method of five subsystems is adopted,and the results show that the functions of the five subsystems are running normally,that is,the distributed biomedical service platform can run normally.The second part tests the high-load capability of the service platform.Jmeter is used to test the high-load capability of the service platform and the non-distributed traditional website.The test shows that the load capability of the platform is obviously better than that of the non-distributed traditional website.In the third part of the test,five keywords were selected to search the improved search engine,and 30 result pages were selected for analysis.It was concluded that the topic relevance rate between the improved result page and the target page was improved by 6%.The average accuracy of the improved search engine was improved by 5%-6% compared with that of baidu and youdao.
