Analysis Of Emotional Influences Among Communities Bridged By Structural Holes

In recent years,social networks have developed rapidly and information dissemination has become more convenient.However,the rumors in the network have not decreased.Misunderstandings,prejudices,misleading and “flip” news have occurred.For this phenomenon,the paper studied the spread of news on social networks and the influence of structural hole spanners on communities' sentiment tendencies,and explored the role of structural hole spanners in public opinion guidance.The specific work is as follows:First of all,the paper proposed an analysis of emotional influences among communities bridged by structural holes.The analysis framework includes an ontology model of emotional influences among communities bridged by structural holes,network models,network generation operators,network feature operators,a community detection operator,a structural hole mining operator,and sentiment analysis and impact analysis operators;Secondly,constructed an analytical example with Weibo data and news data sets.The data set included 3.22 billion Weibo records of 220 million users on Weibo in 2010-2012,and 1490 hot news.According to the analysis framework above,this paper analyzes the news events dissemination.By constructing user association networks and community association networks,we computed the network characteristics such as degree distribution,network diameter and average path,and analyzed the distribution characteristics of Weibo and the social behavioral characteristics of the community granularity,studied the community and structural holes of the network;Finally,analysis the influence of the structure hole spanners.It's found that users within the same community have similar emotions on the same topic.Different communities have different emotions on the same topic and the emotions of users within each community present a phenomenon of “positive distribution”,and each community will appear "Extreme" emotional microblogging,but most users' microblogging emotions are more "moderate." The structural hole spanners have a greater impact on the users in the relevant communities,and the emotional fluctuations of the users within the community are related to the structural hole spanners'.Through the research on the dissemination of news events on social networks,this paper found that the structural hole spanners have a preference to forward the microblogs.This preference leads the users' preference in the community by forwarding the structural holes.This verifies the correlation between the emotional fluctuations of the structural hole occupants and the emotions of the users within the community.
